"Totally agree with all of the negative comments. Absolutely awful people. Having been with this company for almost 20 years - had the most dreadful experience after the storm this year. Would not cover our damage. See photos below. Still affecting us emotionally and obviously financially. I do wish we had actually taken it much further at the time. A lesson learned."

I was aggressively interrogated before being told that I needed to pay \u00a3250 excess. I wasn\u2019t even trying to make a claim! I only wanted advice. They\u2019ve been taking our money for years and when we needed help they abandoned us. We nearly burned to death. A grabbing, ghastly company. Avoid."

"I called to cancel renewal, this was obviously not acted on. I then received letters telling me that I owed money. I then went on site to talk to \u201cvirtual \u201c agent who is clearly programmed. It just advised I call CS which \ud83e\udd14 I had done!! Hopeless"

They did not get my business this year. To renew my policy would have been nearly double the amount other insurance companies were asking. Con merchants.
