“Item I ordered was out of stock, although not noted when I ordered. Was emailed a couple of days later saying it would be dispatched the following week but nothing more until I emailed to ask for news. It arrived two days later but I was still charged full delivery (£3.99) and quality isn't quite as good as I'd hoped. Emails were friendly and replies prompt, however. Wouldn't necessarily put me off ordering again.”

“Brilliant selection of clothes and beautiful quality. They are a little bit different to the run of the mill clothes you see on the UK high street which is right up my street - I want to be fashionable but not a sheep! After ordering, which was easy, delivery was speedy and the refund for the one item I returned was issued very quickly. I love Elsie's Attic!”

“My partner is an advocate when it comes quality and with the purchase I undertook for her birthday this weekend I knew she would love the bag she has had her eye on for a while now. She was very pleased with the bag and the whole professional layout that comes with a shopping experience with ‘Elsie’s Attic’ I know she likes the bag and has already given me the ‘excuse’ that another colour would no nice with her outfits!”

“Everything was fine with my purchase and I love the dress I bought. However, I had to wait for the dress I wanted to return to stock and I had to keep accessing the site myself to check for stock (which I wouldn't do if I really didn't like the item). I did email customer service and was told I would have to do this. It would be really helpful if you had a 'notify me when back in stock' function as many other retailers do.”
