“Slouch trousers were an awful fit and really thin. Such poor quality. They looked like leggings that may bag a bit. So disappointed as they look great on the site. Perhaps they only suit size 6 short people.”

“Clothing was very poor quality and looked nothing whatsoever as they appear on the website. They look more like they have spent 6 months in a charity shop than brand new clothing. Seams were starting to come apart on the three dresses I bought. I liked the look of your website but I will be returning all the items purchased and will absolutely not be requiring your services again in the future. A real disappointment.”

“Trousers were much shorter than measurement stated - more shin than ankle grazers! Will only be able to wear with long boots- disappointing as nice trousers - very good for shorter buyers”

“The sizing is crazy small! I'm a size 12 and no way would these trousers comfortably fit anyone over a size 14...even a 14 I reckon is a push. Whilst I'm ok with them being tighter they are not slouchy or baggy as pictured. Also I've worn the green leopard print three times now and they have a hole in the seam on the back. I'll be returning them.”

“ordered a garment, was told it was being processed, then told I couldn't gave it as it was not up to standard, I was prepared to have the garment at a discount the felt was fair but was just told I couldn't or to pick some thing else, in fairness if I wanted something else I would have ordered that in the first place. disappointed.”

“I’m sorry but I ordered 2 bracelets for my friends Christmas and the quality is very poor. I did not return as you wanted it sent back via tracker which cost too much. I have to give them the gifts as Iv spent the money but I’m embarrassed about it to be honest”

“When placing my order on the 21st, received confirmation that my order was being processed on the 23rd, I received an email on the 27th to say that my order will be with me within 7 days, when I spoke to Elsie’s attic on the 4/12 I was told that my item was out of stock and would be at least another week! Very very poor service, now I have 4 days to get another outfit for the works party!!”

“Not happy as the colour described was nude. Unfortunately it was dusky pink. Additionally quality of product was not worth the price sold. £8.00 in delivery & return fees, with nothing to show for it.”
