I ve had my bag 2 months and all the stitching on 1 handle completely undone and handle dropped off!!

Absolutely awful & so disappointed! Repacked it & posted back for a full refund! Looks cheap, scratchy material! Waste of time & money!

Quality not what we expected. Clearly shows signs on an outside wall but these are for inside use only!! Doesn’t actually say what they are made of in the add but it looks like MDF. Very sad xx

Hi There Thank you for the review and the order. Apologies that you are not happy with your purchase. The wall featured in the picture is our warehouse wall (inside) and it does state that they are not suitable for outdoors on the website. Apologies once again.

Ordered the star jumper. The material is really cheap and nasty. the star design looks like it will fade or come off after one wash. Wouldn’t order again and wouldn’t recommend.

My jumper dress was a one size fits all however it was the size of a large tent, a large circus tent. Not impressed

the one size fits 8-16 is a work of fiction - trousers claim to be 30" waist unstretched and 42" stretched. In reality they were 26-28" and 36" full stretch. I am a size 16 and I would have difficulty fitting into those and in no way would they be the 'comfortable slouch trouser' they were described as. Disappointing.

I ordered a bag from Elsies attic I checked the order and it said it was processed , then a week later, i got a refund and an email saying it wasn't in stock, so why have it on the website at all? NOT a happy customer at all, I won't be shopping here again.

I ordered a dress for for my holiday expecting it to arrive within 7 days. Just had an email to say there had been a mix up with suppliers and given only a partial refund!

The sizes on the size guide are incorrect (too small) and if you need to return it you are paying for both the postage to be delivered and the returns postage. My first and last time using the company! Wouldn’t waste your time.

Hi There Thank you for the review... We are currently looking at offering a free returns service but being a small business we have to make sure the sums stack up.. With regard to the sizing we try to make sure all our items are UK standard but obviously on this occasion they were not.. Appalling customer service and below standard clothing. My item arrived with a hole and the overall look of the outfit looked cheap

No acknowledgement of my order at all, no email confirmation. Been over 1 week and I haven’t had my item which as it turns out is available for cheaper else where!

This company is a total joke. They advertise on facebook that the dresses are thier own brand and none are! They charge nearly double of what the actual brands charge. Very disappoint and feel ripped off

Hi Jessica Thank you for leaving the review.. Apologies that you feel ripped off... We do sell many other brands as do most retailers.... ie Next and asos to name a few.. We also do sell many of our own label items, with regards to the pricing we have to be very competitive with our competitors and in some cases we are actually cheaper than our suppliers. Ordered a Christmas top in November on “2 week pre-order” (whatever that means). After 2 weeks I receive an email to say that my item isn’t coming as the stock hasn’t arrived! How can they sell items that they don’t have?! Now have no time to order another in time for my Christmas party! Very disappointing!

We did have an issue with the Xmas tops last year and them being stuck in customs for a ridiculously long time, We have made sure we are ready to go for the Xmas rush this year. Ordered in November, still waiting for my order. After numerous attempts to contact customer services I am not getting anywhere and am being told my order is stuck at customs. I have a feeling my Christmas tops I ordered will not be here in time for Christmas. No idea when I will receive these and customer services don't seem to know either. Such a shame as I have always heard great things!
