“Order placed. Took a week to get email confirming items had been dispatched and would arrive within 7 days. No items after this time so called to check progress. On calling items had not been dispatched and one was not available. If I hadn’t called how long would it have taken.”

“Very disappointed with my purchase. I will be sending it back for a refund. The trousers are so small they don’t even fit my slim 12 year old, they are also extremly short, so anybody with normal length legs or longer length legs- they will be just below the knee. The quality of the material is also really thin and cheap to look at/feel. You can tell it’s cheap and poorly made by the seams and even by how the label is sewn in. I was really looking forward to receiving these star trousers, and extremely disappointed. Makes me question if this is the quality of all the clothes sold here??”

“Really really disappointed was not expecting to have a seam in different colour thread off centre in the front of the skirt. I also didn’t expect an elasticated waist on a skirt that cost £55 ! Will be returning ASAP”

“Very disappointed poor quality, alignment of pattern to be sewed and fit was awful. Advertised as one size to for 8-16 no chance would it Brit bigger than a tight 12. Hopefully it was a one off”

“I have not even received the item I ordered despite ordering it on 8th March. I received an email saying it would be delivered 5-7 days and it has still not been delivered. I won't be in a hurry to order anything again.”

“They have clearly taken more orders than they have stock, have been waiting for a "delivery" for a week, now delayed to some time next week. Dreadful service, should implement some stock control. Disappointing.”
