Evil scammers want refund your money want respond to emails and that's your only contact so many people buy these cheap overpriced clothes and they treat there customers awful if you need to return something you want get your money just ignored

For all the money this company makes you think they would have a true CS dept. WARNING: order at your own risk. If you don't like your product you might as well give it to Goodwill as you will never receive your refund.

Im so done with this company. Their costumer service is terrible. I received pants with a stain it and filled out the form on their website but I never got a responds back. I emailed them, Called them but no answer. Then I wanted to return something and I never received the money back. The tracking code is saying that my return arrived. Just the same as with the pants NO responds at all. Even though I really liked their clothes I will never order something from them again.

If I could put no stars I would. Changed me to ship back my items. Said they processed my order to give me a store credit.(Threw email.) Which I have NEVER received. I have ordered threw this company 3 times. And its always an issue. Paid extra to have 2 day shipping $20.00. Order didnt arrive until 2 weeks later. Can not get a LIVE person on the phone. So with that being said you might have a 20% chance og getting what your order for when you ordered it. As for returns, the say you have a credit but that credit email never appears. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I never post negative reviews but I feel people need to know about this awful company. First of all, their clothes are cheaply made (you definitely get what you pay for). They don’t do exchanges and then charge you for returns AND shipping if you want to reorder in a different size. If you do return something they will not refund your money; they will only offer store credit. Their customer service department is online only. You can’t talk to a person even if you ask to. They also refused to reply to my email asking to elevate my issue to management. They are unwilling to work with customers. After realizing how horrendous their return policy was, I tried to cancel my return. They refused to cancel it and also refused to refund me for the cost of the shipping label.

PLEASE BE CAREFULL when you buy online at fashionnova, Once you placed the order you can not reverse it. Even though you sent seconds later an email to cancel the order they just say when you receive it return it. You can not even talk to a live person because they dont answer. So have an experience where i placed the order incorrectly an immediately I proceed to try to contact them, sending several emails saying PLEASE DO NOT PROCESS ORDER and explained them a valid reason. they dis not care and send the order anyway. Plus they stole my money

Never received my order I've been emailing since March 24 when I received a notification that it was delivered l still haven't received a email back and it's April 25th Poor customer service Took my money and I have nothing Never again

I ordered $197 worth it closed for fashion over 10 items it was supposed to be here at the end of March her it is s almost may I never received my clothes they were delivered to the wrong address because they changed my address I tried to get my money back they won’t resend my money they said that they resent the items out two weeks ago still haven’t received them I feel like they just took my hard working money and ran with it and this is the second time to because last time I bought 6 pairs of jeans and had to take 3 pairs to get the zipper broke before I ever how to chance to war it

I bought 2 pair of jeans from this fake company,they were too big for me,I returned them and they still charge me for shipping,I sent several mails to them to pay back my refund into my bank card,they did not do such,they emailed me a gift card,I have 2 gift card that I couldn't use because they don't indicate any place to use your gift card at checking out.i ytried to email them to let them know I want to use the gift card to repurchase the right size but it does show where to use the gift card,they have not responded Till now,no phone to call,they are owing me $61.16.. People read reviews before you spend your money,,this company is fake,they need to be reported and exposed,I have not have this type if experience before from any merchant. This is really sad ,they give people gift card because they still want you to spend the money on their sight,but unfortunately the gift card cannot be use,,this is very sad,they will meetctheir doom one day for cheating innocent people that are trying to patronize them, I will never in my life buy anything from their store,,never..

Attempted twice to use my return credit. Each time, I received a message stating gift card# not found. Tried to contact a rep via phone or email. No such thing. The absolute worst company I've dealt with. $75 credit gone! Money does not grow on tree!

Lasership was scheduled deliver my package. They are a terrible company. They attempted to drop the package off at 11:00pm. They of course could not get through the gate due to it being so late. I gave them the gate code and they still never attempted to redeliver the package. I am requesting a full refund. This is unacceptable and Fashion Nova should consider discontinuing business with Lashership. I will not be ordering from Fashion Nova again due to this. Terrible company. They never issued me the $200 refund due to their choice to use Lasership.

They have the worst customer service and return policy ever. They sent me a product that looked nothing like the photo and they won’t even give me my money back when I send it back. Once they have your money they DO NOT CARE if you are happy with their product. BUYER BEWARE since they are online only.

I placed my order on 04/13/2022 and paid extra for express shipping. MY delivery date was supposed to be 04/15/2022. It now says that my delivery date is TBD. What was the point of me paying extra if I am not going to recieve my order. My order is not moving at all still just says ordered. I can't get anyone to help me.I will never order from Fashion Nova again.

Sorry to say, my but sad experience is from reading the reviews. I was so ready to place my orders and I'm such an avid shopper. Had made a list of items I was ready to place an order for until I pulled up the reviews. I am so disappointed with what I've read.

On 04/04/22 I placed an order for items for my birthday. As of 04/07/22 (today) I noticed that my items had not been shipped even though I paid extra from them to arrive 04/08/22. After contacting fashionnova my order was shipped but wont arrive until 04/11 which is after all of my birthday festivities. I an completely frustrated and want the extra money I paid for express shipping returned to me. I will also be returning all items purchase and I'm sure they will try to credit me $130 however I am not interested in being credited because I will NOT shop here again. They have ruined my whole entire birthday weekend.

First, my package was delayed, then a week after scheduled delivery day I got a message stating my package was delivered by "FED EX" (which I never asked for) I trust USPS. I go to mail box no package no note nothing! Company refuses to replace my merchandise despite numerous attempts to contact someone! Will be reporting them.

I don't know whether to blame Fashion Nova anymore or FedEx. I recently made a purchase with a gift card that I had from them? Why did I use a gift card? Because the exact same thing that is happening this time happened last time. My package sat at a facility in Ellenwood, Georgia for well over a month after I specified Express shipping. This time I chose priority shipping and it's taking even longer than when I selected Express shipping. So tomorrow I'm calling FedEx to see why this keep happening. Their products sit in LA for half a month and then Georgia the other half of the month with little or no movement. It's honestly ridiculous. I don't have the time to file lawsuits like they did the last time, but it really ticks me off that they offer a service that they can't deliver and then only want to refund you via gift card so that the company doesn't really lose any money. People, we've seriously GOT to stop giving business like this our money. Their clothes are ok but they really don't last that long and aren't that great quality that we can't find somewhere else to spend our hard earned money. In reality these review don't accomplish diddly squat other than being a channel for us to vent. This was the last time they're getting a penny from me. I'm deleting their app off of my phone as soon as I finally get this last order and blocking all of their advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.

Got a pair of white cargo pants that had grey/black stains all over them prior to even opening the package! I might not have written a bad review if i could have returned for a refund, but the refund process was a loop in their website and was not ever able to find a way to actually return them. I hate negatively affecting businesses but i was very disappointed and will never shop with em again, and i would be hesitant if i were you too.
