“I have order from fashion nova several times. At first I got my order on time. Now when you order from fashion nova. You do not get your order. I get married this week. I order a pair of purple shoes for my wedding. I have not received them. I tracked my order. Fashionnova use laser shipping . Laser ship rating is 1.3. They delay my order. They had my order for one week. I call them and they wanted me to call fashionnova. You cannot get in touch with fashionnova . I lost my money, time and patience. I like fashionnova clothes but they need another shipping method. Who ever received my package I hope they like it because they didn’t have to pay. My sister order a dress from them . She received it two months later. I will never order from them again.”

“You will never get your money back if you return their item. Very bad company. Don't use this site- they will rip you off. You won't get your money back for item got returned. They will force you purchase another item that you won't need instead. They never answered their phone. Don't do it! You will feel sorry!”

“TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE IF I COULD PUT NO STARS I WOULD!!! MY ITEMS CAME LATE, THEY WERE THE WRONG SIZE JEANS, SHIRT WAS TO BIG. TRIED TO REACH OUT TO THE STORE THEY DONE SET UP SOME TYPE OF EMAIL SERVICE. STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS RETURN.. NEVER WOULD I EVER RECCOMAND THIS STORE TO ANYONE NEVER WILL I EVER PURCHASE ANTHING OFF THIS SITE. WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERINCE EVER, NOW I SEE WHY THERE PHONE IS SET UP FOR EMAILS THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!!”

“They ripped me off! Ordered a dress and waited for it to arrive. I received a email stating it had been delivered and noticed they had in fact not only delivered it to the wrong address but to a whole different city from where I live. I immediately emailed them and made them aware of the issue. I was not only denied my order but a refund as well. To add insult to injury the customer service rep kept insinuating that I didn’t know my own address even after I had provided the correct address when placing the order and twice via email. I spent my money and still don’t have my order. I asked for a number to corporate but my request was ignored. I advise anyone who is thinking of ordering from them to run the other way! They care nothing about their customers and have already been sued for hiding negative reviews of their company.”

“It has been months since l returned items, and no gift card. I wished l read reviews first, as l usually do. The FTC has reported where they had to pay over 4 million dollars, for not giving consumers refunds. I have already written FTC. Maybe we all should. Might be the only way to get our money back.”

“Some clothes are pretty decent but most of them are trash. I ordered a dress that was supposed to be satin turns out it was cotton and extremely see through, looks so cheap even tho it wasn’t cheap at all lol. Watch out what you order”

“Fashion Nova is absolute trash! I promise you! yes there are a few decent things here and there, but it is the overall poor quality of their clothes, and the customer service! the owner Richard Saghian CEO of fashion nova is such a scammer! scams hard-working women of their money! he became a billionaire! off of not giving people their money back and selling cheap clothes! just look it up. You could never get a refund in the way you paid! EVER. Most of their clothes they do not take back and are considered final sale!? if you order online like a dress or a once-piece shirt try it on doesn’t fit take it to the store the same day, they will not take it back!? it's absolutely ridiculous! save your money do not buy from this unethical store, Women stop throwing away your money here.”

“Worst customer service. 1. No phone number to talk to a human. 2. Support does not respond to emails if they do its comuter automated generic not addressing your issue. 3. I ordered 1 day shipping. 4 days later my order has not been processed but payment has, my order is not moving in process let alone shipping, and worst yet i cannot get help nor cancel the order Do not buy from FN”

“They delivered my package ripped up with photo proof and the site was not accepting my return every day I tried they rejected the return. FINALLY I find the email on Google and they reply with sorry is past 14 days .. even though 2 items werent in there I paid over a 100 dollars for stinky wet pants and they gave me they ass to kiss no sorry let's look into it... no " I'm sorry the site wasn't working for u" nothing.. bunch of theives.. Scam artist they work with the delivery people to take our stuff.. more proof and pics coming”

“I haven’t had an issue with product quality but customer service is horrible and no one is willing to help. I have deleted my old address several times from my account and it makes no difference, the second I place an order and the new address even shows up as confirmation, after the order, the old address is miraculously added and set as the default and that’s where my order is shipped with no help to correct this issue at all. You’re welcome new tenants for the gifts!”

“I have sent several emails to there support website because of course you cannot speak to anyone! Yet I have not even gotten a return email with information. I ordered on April 24th and order has not moved. Please someone respond to emails sent to you! At this point I just want my money back!”

“I purchased items that were damaged. Fashion Nova claims the items were damaged in transit. Items purchased 22 days ago and damaged were immediately reported same day as delivery on may 11. I have received two automated responses but have yet to hear from them since 5/14. Customer service is trash!”

“IF I COULD GIVE THIS TRASH WEBSITE A 0, believe me I WOULD. I had a $31.99 store credit with fashion Nova and decided to order an order that would come up to that exact price in order to use up my credit. As I proceeded to checkout and select the use of my gift card balance, I was shocked to find that my debit card was charged for the $31.99. I tried contacting them on several occasions and through several methods to get my money back but I have gotten nothing but automated replies and it’s about to be 2 weeks since this incident happened. Terrible site and worse customer service. Save ur money and time and NEVER shop here.”

“Customer service is trash!!!!They make it very difficult to speak with support, when you call they refer you to the chat which is no help, I was given tracking number with DHL that did not work, so therefore I am not able to speak with DHL because of course they need a legit tracking number, I will stick with black owned small businesses for now own, their CS and process is so much easier, never have any issues with them”

“I ordered a romper & mailed it back because it's too large. Fashion Nova required you to pay for & print a shipping label from them. They also only give a store credit, no refund. I never received my credit & have not heard and from them regarding my return. It has been received according to my tracking info. I will never order from Fashion Nova again.”
