“I placed a order from fashion nova on 12/2/20 and I never received a confirmation nor a email of the status of my order but yet they took my money out my account and I can’t talk to a live person”

“ITS NOT STUCK ANYWHERE!!! FASHION NOVA ADDED THE TRACKING INFO THEMSELVES!!! THEYRE SCAMMING. I CONTACTED LASERSHIP AND THEY SAID THE LABEL WAS CREATED BUT NOTHING!!!! HAS GOTTEN TO THEM FROM THEM HOWEVER IN FN TRACKING IT SAYS MY PACKAGE IS IN KNOXVILLE, TN. LIES!!!! THIS IS HORRIBLE, NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!”

“Per tracking info claiming my package in Elizabeth, NJ. For the past 2 weeks. I think we all need to contact the better business bureau and file a complaint. Just found out FN was fined 9 million plus for inappropriate and questionable behavior and was given advice to ship customer order in a timely manner..GOOGLE FASHIONOVA FINE ANF READ THE ARTICLE..”

“I ordered from FN on 11/26/20 expedited shipping. My order was supposed to be delivered on 12/3/20. There has been no movement on my package since 12/2/20. My package shows that it is sitting in Woodridge for almost 2 weeks. WTH is taking this long to deliver a package that is 20 minutes from me?”

“It’s telling me to contact onelivex for my package and it’s hard to do so. It is up to fashionnova to give me my merchandise I payed for. There are no updates and it says it got there yesterday. If I don’t have my clothes for both orders this week, I want my money back. So many people are having this issue and it’s not right. Fashionnova needs to take responsibility in where they ship our items. It’s obvious onelivex isn’t responsible.”

“Trying to get ahold of a rep is ridiculous and very difficult. I've paid taxes and duties upon checkout from fashionnova with PROOF. Now my delivery service is claiming I owe $117 in taxes and duties as well. I don't understand why I have to pay twice? Between fashionnova and the delivery service, I can't get any straight answers....HELP!!!!”

“I placed an order 11/28/20 delivery was suppose to be made 12/8/20. My package has been sitting in Woodridge, IL (30mins away) for over a week. I contacted customer support they tell me to contact OneLiveX. I contract OLX, they tell me to contact FN. LMAOOOOO great! & you can’t cancel FN orders. So, they just stole my money! Yay!!!!!”

“I spent over $250 on Christmas gifts on November 28th I yet to receive my order I just like everybody else on here my order is held in Woodridge Illinois as well I don't know what company one live x Is but it sure do not have a phone number to be contact so at this point I just want my money back as well”

“UPDATE!!! So I ordered 11/28/2020 with the black friday sale. My package was supposed to been delivered 12/08/2020 fashion nova really sucked with the updates. So I called UDS and they said my package wasn't with them yet to call fashion nova and OFCOURSE they shut down their call center due to “covid” 🙄 12/13/2020 I looked on the fashion nova website again and noticed a little more information which was to basically contact onelivex. I emailed (onelivemedia.com) and they instantly replied back to me saying if the email I sent was regarding my package that my package would be sent before or on the holiday. I used my tracking number on the UDS site and my package was out for delivery. I just received my package a hour ago and I love everything in it. I always shop with fashion nova and they’re always quick to deliver my package I think it was just this black friday sale. Fashion nova needs to be better equipped and prepared when they do sales like 90% off.”

“UPDATE!!! So I ordered 11/28/2020 and my package was supposed to come 12/08/2020 for my birthday which is today 12/15 but it was stuck at woodridge,IL. Today (12/15) I got my package I was able to track it through UDS once they received it from fashion nova. Ofcourse I had to contact onelivex and they instantly emailed me back saying my package would be here before or on the holiday. This is onelivex email: onelivemedia.com. Don't pay attention to fashion nova tracking because they are all off. Contact UDS and if they say they haven't got your package email onelivex. Best of luck ladies and gents I think we all learned a lesson here.”
