“This is the last time I'll ever order from fashion nova. My order is stuck at onelivex in Woodridge, IL since 12/10/20. There is no customer service number. I have several emails out with no response. The online chat is a joke. The 800# l found on the internet is conveniently not taking any calls. This has been a horrible experience, l placed my bbn order on 12/04/2020. Still l have nothing!!!”

“Same here, my package has been sitting at Woodridge for over 2 weeks now . I placed this order during a Black Friday sale . Fashionnova really needs to get to the bottom of this . I want my package before Christmas”

“My package is currently 3 days late. The tracking says no update call onelivex but gives me no contact information to do that. The wrong email is attached to the order because of my payment method and can’t find a way to change it. Also I contacted Fabio nova support they said would get back with me in 24 hours and it’s been 48.”

“TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I ordered my $375 package on 11/29/20 it has been 18 days , still no package . got an alert from OLX stating that it would be delivered on the 10th it has been sitting in Knoxville ,Tennessee since December 9th and has not moved, and have not heard a word back from Fashion Nova or OLX regarding this, after numerous attempts . It’s amazing how a company can just take your money and pretend that they’re going to ship items out to you in time and not even contact you to tell you what’s going on with it, just ignore your EMAILS bc they can’t be bothered to have a operating customer service phone number. other companies contact you if you’re shipment is going to be an hour late, And I have to Jump through hoops to contact Fashion nova, some unheard of shipping carrier onelivex, lasership who is waiting to do the final delivery, file a complaint with the BBB and now this. I have Christmas gifts I now how to replace by buying something else and I’m out of $375 on top of it.”

“I've waited a month for my package, it was sent over a month ago never arrived. Tried contacting them on email and Instagram, they don't respond. REALLY bad customer service! Never experienced such bad service from such a big brand.”

“It’s been almost a month and my order hasn’t even been shipped, I don’t care if I get my package or not but I want my money back. All these people who didn’t get there stuff are literally being robbed by fashionnova and nothing is being done. All their customer service is an automatic monitor so we get 0 help. What are we supposed to do cuz now it’s just annoying.”

“I will never order from Fashion Nova again. I returned items November 16th and got a tracking number from the USPS and Fashion Nova has yet to pick up the return. I also order stuff on Black Friday and was told to contact OneliveX and can't get a hold of them I live 1 mile from UDS and went to there corporate offices and was told even if they were to get our packages we wouldn't see them until after the New Year. I sat and waited for the online chat on Fashion Nova and they told me to just wait its their policy. Everyone on here needs to report a consumer fraud report. Not the BBB only. I also love of you go on their website now it claims shipping before Christmas if you order now. It will not let me post the pictures I have from the conversation I had today which sucks.”

“I Understand holidays become hectic, but what I don't understand is how you can accept an order and no be able to fulfill them! Items were ordered a month ago but yet still cant be delivered not to mention Fashion Nova absurd policy of only giving store credit on refunds as if one wants to again shop from somewhere that doesn't keep up with their deliveries.”

“I ordered my boyfriend a vacation wardrobe from Fashionnova. My boyfriend has cancer and I wanted to make this trip special for him. I ordered these items in November. We leave on our vacation in two days and I still have not received any packages. It has been sitting in woodridge il for a week. Is there any way I can pick it up myself from Woodridge???? Please help”

“Placed order on 11/27/20, original delivery date was 12/5, today is 12/17/20 and still have not received order. Placed 2 queries on FN website for FN to investigate why I never received and no response to either. Did FN go under and decide to take peoples money and not fill orders? I received email with a supposed tracking number which does not correlate to any shipping companies. Then came across this website which shows I'm not the only person being screwed by FN. Filed complaint with my bank and BBB to investigate FN. Shame, my previous orders had no issues”
