“I ordered over $100 worth of items November 30th and here it is December 21st and no order no update yet in my account status says fulfilled😡 customer care is a joke no number to call no updates and they promised 9-12days for shipment and it's now well over that time. This order included Christmas presents . Cant says if I'll ever order from them again I'm soooooo disappointed”

“Fashion Nova is really ridiculous! I WOULD NOT give them even one star! I can't believe I have the same experience as others on here. I ordered several items from their Cyber Monday Sale after Thanksgiving to get it by Christmas, hopefully to give as gifts. It is 12/21/20 today and my package has been sitting in Woodridge, IL for several weeks "SUPPOSEDLY"! I live in Chicago, IL...what is the problem here!? I tried to look for a contact number to OneliveX is who their shipping carrier and no number to be found! I am very furious! I want a refund! I will never ever order from them! Very untrustworthy company. DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA!”

“I ordered stuff worth $800, two weeks ago on their cyber Monday and I have not received an order number, or a tracking number. No way to reach them. I paid for 2 days delivery and till now I have not got nothing. This is a real scam FN ☹️”

“My order from fashionova has been in Woodridge Il since December 7th. I ordered on November 28th and I have not received any communication from anyone about it. All of the items ordered were Xmas gifts for family and as if today, December 21st, my order is STILL IN WOODRIDGE IL.🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️”

“I see a lot of people talking about the tracking. It kind of worried me also so I tried to get information on my package from chat support, but during that time there was no agents available. This is what I am going to suggest. As soon as FN chat support opens for you; 7am PST & 10 EST. Type in agent. Then ask your agent for a tracking number.”

“Ordered over a week ago and my package still says, “ready to ship” but hasn’t. Starting to wonder if it will ever ship. Not happy. Especially because the last 3 things I’ve bought from them were coming apart at the seams when they arrived. This is the last time I buy anything from fashionNova”

“I don’t know why there is so many horrible reviews but I’m from the USA in newyork and I have to say fashion nova is my go to online store. I ordered 700$ worth of jeans and tops and masks from them and they all were amazing material and quality. The only thing I didn’t like was some of the masks were wayyyyy too big for anyone to wear. If you live in the US then I highly recvomend them. Their jeggings are especially wonderful and comfy and probably the best material I’ve ever had with jeggings and the jeans too. Oh forgot to mention everything came in two weeks.”

“Same experience here: ordered over a month ago and still nothing. Everyone who has had a delayed order or scammed order from fashion nova should file their complaint with the better business bureau (type "bbb" dot org) . FN seems to be more generous with their replies there. No bot-generated emails. The bbb complaints can also be used as additional evidence that FN has not stuck to their words of improving their shipping and refund policies, as ruled by the judge (they have an open case on this, please google). That business needs to be shut down fr. They're scamming people with fraudulent shipping claims and charging for expedited shipping knowing full well they're swamped with orders. And no cancellation option on orders? And you have to hunt them down for a full refund not a store credit! Never buying there again!”

“I ordered on 11/26 and have not received my order. I have called, emailed and no real response. My order was supposed to be here on 12/8. It was stuck in NJ and now it’s in MD since 12/17. I try to track it but the USPS said they are waiting for the package. That’s the last time I order from this store! It’s so disappointing and annoying. I just want the stuff I paid for. If they are having issues with packages then maybe they should shut the site down, until they fix the issue! Or at least warn people.... “hey if you order from us, there is a good chance we will take your money and not deliver your order”.”

“Placed an order for 5 days shipping and it’s been 6 days with no update on my order. I called the shipping facility and they said that they don’t have my order and that it’s in the sorting center or something. They are waiting on the retailer to send the package so that they can ship it! Please fashionnova send out my order!”

“Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and it says USPS still awaiting item. Customer service says they don't know anything. Worst service ever!!!! It's also impossible to get kind of refund only store credit so they keep the money and you have to repurchase from them again. SCAM.”

“Placed my order November 27 and today is December 18 I have not received my package fashion nova tracking is fake the tracking number is fake as well ..what the hell is OLX ?can’t find no information i’m paying quad payback for no reason and I have not received my package at all no refund nothing .. I have been a loyal customer since 2016 and never had a problem until now .. wtf fashion Nova I will never order from them again 💯 haven’t received a refund!!”
