We have been online since 2009 but have over 60 years of experience as part of the Tricel Group.
We offer an extensive range of resins, topcoats, gelcoats and ancillaries for a wide range of industries. Some of our key supplies are used for Fibreglass Flat Roofing, Fibreglass Ponds, Boat Repairs and Castings for Decorative Items.

“Ive been waiting since Wednesday (now 11am friday) to hear back about where my fibreglass kit is . The trims turned up tuesday . At the moment i have a roof ready for fibreglassing but no fibreglass and storms pretidcted tommorow. Would help if i had some contact with someone to tell me whats happening”

“well you would think that it would be freepostage as the price has shotup very high and adding stupid tax on top of that for the fibeglass roll i used to get this for around 80 quid with postage when it was glassples”

“Very disappointed my pacel eventually turned up but half of it is missing I have rung them and e mailed them but so far not a reply ,it looks like I will have to swallow my loss but will not use them again”

“Placed order for 10m2 Roofing kit. Only got the fibreglass delivered, nothing else. Spent days trying to find out what was happening to the rest of the order. Fibre Glass Direct staff were VERY difficult to contact, not answering phone, not responding to messages left or emails. Eventually gave up and canceled the whole order. Used another supplier, excellent service and slightly cheaper!”

“The product was delivered on its side and left for a few days. the resin leaked in the box which left a terrible chemical odour in the office. There should have a clear indication on the box and note that it contained chemicals. in any case, the resin should be in sealed containers and not be able to seep out!”

“My fibreglass roof edging arrived smashed to pieces. Either Fibreglass Direct or their delivery people (XDP) made a crude attempt to sellotape the smashed lengths. Fibreglass Direct is not answering their phones at 1530-1615 on a Friday afternoon.”

“Pours beautifully flat, but then wrinkles. So I’m a bit dissatisfied. Perhaps pouring more than 4mm deep is a problem.”

Hello John, Thank you for your review. Can I ask if that is a canvas or a painting? Also, what percentage of catalyst did you use, please? This resin is usually used on surfaces such as a coffee table and once cured, it needs to be flattened down wet & dry using sandpaper with a fine grade, once flat you then use a cutting compound to take out the sand marks leaving it flat and clear. We do have an art epoxy resin that can be poured up to 5mm max, this would be more suitable for paintings etc. Thank you FGD

“UPDATE Three days further on ……,.. still no delivery and no offer of my money back either. Staff not helpful. Very poor. Still waiting for my order. Can’t get anyone on the telephone to clear up the mystery of why their delivery agents keep saying they’ve carded the delivery. NO cards have been left. I would avoid this company!”

“The product i use was no good so brital when tipped some on a towel cracked then I bent it a bit to see how strong I made it 10mm thick 21 inc x13 inc I wouldn't recommend this product”

“Still not received. It’s been 6 working days, 9 days total plus i’m unlikely to receive it before mon 9th so that will be 11 days. 2-3 days 🤷‍♂️.”

“2 weeks gone, no product. Scotty promised next day delivery already 5 times. Very friendly but equally useless. Very disappointed. Wasted 2 weeks :(”
