FibreGlassDirect is an online shop which supplies quality, fibreglass raw materials to the UK and Ireland. We are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire and our Head Office is in Newry, Northern Ireland.
We have been online since 2009 but have over 60 years of experience as part of the Tricel Group.
We offer an extensive range of resins, topcoats, gelcoats and ancillaries for a wide range of industries. Some of our key supplies are used for Fibreglass Flat Roofing, Fibreglass Ponds, Boat Repairs and Castings for Decorative Items.

terrible ...ordered on 8th September .. it’s now 18th yet still have not received my goods. had email from delivery people on 9th saying the goods are on the way ... not heard from them since .. still waiting.

Order did not turn up on given day, emailed 3 times was totally ignored, order turned up next day but no reply to emails.

Only part of my order was delivered on a day that I told them I wouldn’t be there. I even had a message from them saying That they were unable to deliver!! I responded saying when they could deliver. Instead the driver had found a neighbour to accept it!!!! Several days later after filling in the contact form, since you can’t call them, I am still waiting. Complete shambles! Waited more than a week for my delivery. Once they confirmed a delivery date they were still late, didn't deliver all items and some items arrived damaged. A container of leaking, flammable, liquid left on my front step in 30C+ weather and the delivery guy didn't even bother to ring the bell or knock on the door. Spent hours chasing with FBD and the delivery company over three days and still haven't had all items delivered. My project stalled as a result. Would not recommend.

Still not received delivery even though a premium was paid for delivery. Managed to get two Lorry batteries delivered within 2 days, so COVID can’t be used as as excuse.

Very disappointing, had missing part from my online order which can happen, its how a company deals with it, 7 days since informed fibreglass direct of my missing part and numerous promises later and still not arrived, has delayed my building work now as roof has not been done in the time programme as cant without the missing trim, roofer has advised that he will now source all the materials for the roof elsewhere and you guys can make arrangements to come pick everything up and refund my full order, be aware of this company if something goes wrong your left on your own, shame you treat customers this way as used you a few months back and had a full complete order with no issues and product was good which was why I returned for more, wont in the future.

Terrible service this time. an Item was and still is missing from the order, an email was sent,as was a second,no response to enquiry and no replacement item.

Very little communication from the courier company. Not much better from yourselves. Still haven’t received the whole consignment. Very port service. Does that about cover it?

I’ve had the worst experience with you as I’ve ordered an extension pole for decorating and I STILL haven’t received it yet. I ordered this in June and it’s now July. I would like to know where my order is please as I haven’t been told where my parcel is. If you can’t be able to send me my order, I would like a refund please but I would prefer my parcel please.

Over 2 weeks ago my order was out for delivery and not delivered. After numerous emails with very little response from your end Sean messaged me last Friday saying rubbish delivery company had broken my trims. He promised to despatch on Monday using next day delivery. Was despatched on Wednesday, Thursday morning delivery notification for afternoon. Took after Afternoon off ( massive waste of time) no delivery again. Probably going to take legal advise with possible claim for lost earning over last few weeks Waiting at home for promised but failed deliveries

I understand delays due to COVID but waited over a week since was told was dispatched with all items only to chase up and get told we will dispatch today as did not have all items in stock. Hopefully this is just a one off bad experience and lack of communication
