FibreGlassDirect is an online shop which supplies quality, fibreglass raw materials to the UK and Ireland. We are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire and our Head Office is in Newry, Northern Ireland.
We have been online since 2009 but have over 60 years of experience as part of the Tricel Group.
We offer an extensive range of resins, topcoats, gelcoats and ancillaries for a wide range of industries. Some of our key supplies are used for Fibreglass Flat Roofing, Fibreglass Ponds, Boat Repairs and Castings for Decorative Items.

“Made an order online fibre glass was delivered with no chemicals or resin, went on the onliine chat no response so i left my email address didnt get back to me, the next day called a number of times couldnt get in touch via phone, emailed the sales team and again no reply, still not had a response from them as yet. i will not be using them again.”

“Delivered 7 days after placing order but website states 1-3 days Huge dents in the gelcoat tins. Box containing brushes was wrecked. No packaging around the items to protect them but sticker on box states handle with care. Whole box delivered upside down despite notice”

“Phoned to get information about delivery. Was told I would be called back in 5 minutes. I wasn’t. Called again - told I would be called back the following day. I wasn’t. Called again. Got recorded message saying Uk fill in a website form. Did so. No response.”

“Not enough hardener with my order. Contacted the business for an answer to why and just ignored. I will be shortly making a tiktok video showing how much of the material left as the was not enough hardener with my order. Even though we very accurately measure 50/50”

“I have not done a fibreglass roof before so was not aware of the quantities of resin etc required. so I used your roof calculator for a 4.75x 3.00 m flat roof and obviously, it said I needed a 15 square metre roof kit. Following your video to bandage the joints of the OSB and the trims and the corners I used 3 square metres of the fibre mat. I then laid out the matting to cut to length before making more resin up to find I am 3 square metres short once you allow for the overlap as well. Your 15 square metre roofing kit contained 15.3m2 of matting which would barely allow for the overlap let alone the bandaging. I have also used 5 litre of resin on the bandaging, and now I'm unsure if I have enough of that. I ordered the 600g matting which obviously takes up more resin. The only reference I can find for the purchase is on the packing slip dated 07/11/2022 is customer copy 100087544. Please advise”
