We have been online since 2009 but have over 60 years of experience as part of the Tricel Group.
We offer an extensive range of resins, topcoats, gelcoats and ancillaries for a wide range of industries. Some of our key supplies are used for Fibreglass Flat Roofing, Fibreglass Ponds, Boat Repairs and Castings for Decorative Items.

“I ordered a number of items to be picked up at your Leeds depot. On arriving home I realised that a container of mixing sticks was missing. I contacted you by hone the same day and informed them, I was told they would be sent to my address. I still have not received them.”

“I needed resin urgently and ordered it from a relatively close source. Delivery was very quick. Not happy with the product. I used it to coat 3 painted canvases. 24 x 36" and two 24 x 12", followed manufacturers direction to the letter in regard to measuring, mixing, application and heat removal of bubbles - every 10 to 15mins for an hour after pouring, covered my canvases and left overnight. Removed cover the next morning to 3 canvases covered in bubbles. Cut out the bubbles, sanded to surfaces, cleaned them, mixed and poured another layer of resin on the large canvas and one of the small ones, popped air bubbles at intervals of 10mins for 45mins, covered and left overnight. The 3rd canvas I coated with a different resin, popped the air bubbles, covered and left overnight. Uncovered all 3 canvases next morning..... large and one small canvas covered in FiberGlassDirect resin have air bubbles. Third canvas using different resin was perfect. This resin, in my opinion was expensive and I am very unhappy with it. I will not be using it again.”

“Don't bother ordering any trims when opened the one piece was smashed into three little pieces the two other trims were also broken in to two pieces Tried to phone nobody could be bothered too answer for at least 3hrs This is my business and can't afford to have my time wasted like this”

“My order for 10kg general purpose resin was no use to me ! It was supposed to dry clear and it doesn't 😪, it dried a dirty brown colour. So i wasted my money.”

“Still waiting for competition,had to get what was paid for from another supplier.would appreciate refund of missing item. Last communication I was asked to collect from driver. 10 miles away.after I had paid for delivery. Not good!! I think the tail is wagging the dog.”

“Ordered from you 10days ago.driver couldn't find my address,second attempt i met the driver and was missing part of the order.they said would deliver yesterday around mid day.Still not received the rest of my order.”

“Recently purchased the clear epoxy resin 2kg and i am seriously disappointed. when Mixing the part A and Part B it forms a cloud full of bubbles and is not easy to get rid of, by the time the mixture cloud clears up it starts to cure and have to be quick when pouring into the mould and dont have enough tome to pop the remaining bubbles as mixture becomes sticky”

All kit components are specified on the product page. Each kit provides enough resin, matting and topcoat for the area specified. “Not very impressed with the company they use a courier that is not very good leaving text stating times for delivery waited but no delivery but on there web page states delivered we paid for the products on August 28 th and still waiting for goods sent several emails no response”

There is a signature on the docket so we asked if it was possible to check had someone else accepted the goods. Hi John, we actually don't have the 10kg of Lloyd's Approved Resin on eBay. We do have 10kg of low-cost resin which is cheaper certainly but not the same as the resin you purchased. This is also available on FibreGlassDirect. I hope this clears up any confusion. Kind regards, FibreGlassDirect.
