“I had a bad experience with the owner of the foot locker in Brockton MA located in Westgate Mall. I went there to return an item but I loss my receipt. Charged on my credit, very easy to locate if he wanted to help out. He replied and told me" without the receipt there's nothing I can do and its in our policy. I told him it shouldn't be like " I should have a store credit and all other store do that and if you continue with that policy you will loose customers. All of the sudden this guy start yelling at me, even ask me to get out of the store, Call the security to kick me out. I was trying to deescalate the issue: I got out of the store. I just want to advice you guys with this owner. This guys is rude and violent be careful with this store.”
