“Absolutely awful having ordered on six different occasions I am yet to receive any order and have had to wait weeks for a refund each and every time this company needs investigating as to whether any genuine person ever receives any items they’ve ordered from them stay away from them utter garbage worse than loan sharks making money off innocent hardworking people”

“Drove to my nearest store which was 1.4 hrs away just to purchase some slides my daughter wanted which they told me they would have. They didn’t have them. They had to order them and have hem shipped to me house . Now he representative ordered the wrongs one and I had to call customer service yet they wouldn’t make it right . Now I’m waitting a week to received the wrong slides. Which never got here they were out of stock. Now they are expecting me to drive to th store to get a refund yet they are not trying to make it right . I think I’ll stick with Adidas. At least if they screw up they make it right to keep u as a customer.”

“Horrible experience. Placed an order by accident takes a month to get a refund on my money taken instantly from my account. Customer service was terrible. I ended up selling the shoes online for twice the price. The only thing to make this experience decent.”
“Footlocker is too disappointed for consumers all over canada, there’s not way to get a new release from the stores, because they sale or the nice shoes to resellers, so I guess they get more money that way. ;(”
“Truly diabolical experience
Ordered and pair of trainers and opened an account to follow my purchase and receive tracking details
Received no receipt of purchase and the verification email never came
Had to spend 6 hours between DMs and live chat to be told it was a problem with my email settings
Obviously it was not and a quick scan of their twitter feed and you can see that this is a very common occurrence
So a was essentially lied to by support or they are incompetent Either way it's a fail
Eventually they DMd me my receipt and tracking number but couldn't explain why they hadn't just done that in the first instance
6 hours of needless back and forth
I highly recommend using JD sports or any other reputable supplier as Footlocker are beyond help

Do not buy from this site, I ordered my trainers on 11th March & the money left my account on March 13th, my delivery was scheduled for March 14th but they kept delaying it & now the tracking hasn’t been updated in over 2 weeks and they won’t give me a refund. I will be taking this further as of today, I will be taking action with the retail ombudsman and contacting my bank”

“I ordered a light grey Nike hoodie earlier last month (the only available color/shade online). The first time I received it, it was the wrong color, dark grey. I sent it back for an exchange, explaining I ordered the LIGHT grey Nike hoodie. I just received the new exchange and it’s wrong AGAIN (see attached picture). They have sent me back the same dark grey Nike hoodie twice now. This is frustrating and a major inconvenience to keep having to go back and forth returning the wrong item. If I wanted to go shopping, I would have gone to the store to buy it. I purchased online for the convenience of delivery! This is no longer convenient. If this would've gotten rectified, I would've gladly left a 5 star review.”
“Believe every single review that has given Foot Locker one star. Why isn't it possible to give no stars?? Terrible terrible terrible refund/returns customer service. I placed an order for a Xmas present on November 25th 2021, returned it that week as it was too small, and finally got a refund on 15th February 2022. I was left to chase my refund over 10 times. “Bought a pair of air force 1 trainers, upsold a pair of 10 pound toe box protectors, couldn't even use them as they bunch up in the shoe and crease the toe box. Asked if I could return them at the counter as they are not fit for purpose and did the opposite of what they are supposed to, creasing my 120 pound trainers. Manager said no we can't return those. I asked if I could leave them with them to throw away and she told me to throw them in the bin outside. Disgusted with this ordeal.”
“BAD BUSINESS. This is the second time I'd actually won a pair of shoes and they cancelled my order without even notifying me. We all know how much time, effort, FLX points as well as money that goes into the chance of winning one. I'd contacted customer service and all they can say is they were out of stock. How is that possible? Do they not know thier inventory before selecting raffle winners? I'd ask for a supervisor but was told they don't have one. No help from customer they make me feel that no one was able to help or even resolve the matter. It's better to just have bots to handle customer care
