“My GTech air ram is hopeless. It’s reluctant to pick up anything and the suction is nearly nonexistent. When I pull it backwards it deposits anything it has managed to pick up back onto the floor. I spend more time cleaning the cleaner than it does cleaning the floors. I’ve lost patience and gone back to basics, literally, with an Amazon corded cylinder cleaner with variable suction which does a great job and no constant recharging.”
“Had the air fox platinum for 2 years and the head has just snapped off. Replacement parts seems to be none existent for this company and they never responded to my email about a new part. I won't be buying a new one from Gtech. I'd avoid this company. They are trash.”
“I was excited to receive my first Gtech product, the AirRam Platinum, but the out–of–the–box quality was incredibly disappointing. The handle segment is severely misaligned and doesn't connect tightly with the base, leaving a massive, unstable gap and a severe wobble before I even turned the machine on.
I contacted customer service and provided clear video evidence showing that the connection was completely loose under zero pressure. Instead of addressing the obvious build defect, they brushed it off with a canned response, claiming this instability is an intentional "feature" to provide flexibility for steering.
Telling a first–time customer that a flimsy, poorly molded connection is standard quality has completely put me off the brand. Fortunately, because I bought it through Amazon, I can return it as faulty through them and avoid Gtech’s cheeky £10 collection fee. I won't be buying from Gtech again.”
“Have had two g tech k9 hoovers and been very pleased with them, But I am disappointed with the g tech 3, find I have to empty it more often and when it's nearly full the dirt comes out of it, also find it needs charging more often,”
“Gave my air ram to my brother and got the platinum, corner brush, anti hair wind. So excited. It doesn't pick up as well, have to go over 2 or 3 times. When you pull back the Hoover it leaves rubbish along the line. The internal cleaning of the air filter is so loud my neighbour thought my washing machine blew up. Finally those little brushes are useless, still have to use hand held along the skirting and finally went over the grip in doorway of front room and one of those little brushes broke off. Has anyone else wished they hadn't given away the original Air Ram? Also when it cleans it's filter it leaves a line of dust and loose substances on the floor and you have to turn on and hoover that up. So disappointed, expensive doesn't mean it works!”
“I purchased the drill and multi tool combi set the multi tool stopped working within 20 mins of using it to cut a bit of plywood out I called customer service to be told there is no warranty as I'm a builder and they are part time tools that I feel there not fit for purpose for anyone I feel ripped off and will go back to dewalt thought I would support a uk company more fool me cowboys”

Please do not do business with G Technology, https://gtechnologycorp.com/. We were recently scammed by this company, that came out to do an assessment to repair our generator. They advised parts, and a qoute on their invoice, but when it came time to do the work they said they only did commercial. They collected $180 for the assessment but refused to give a qoute for the repairs or replacement. This would be a first for me for a company to come out to do an assessment but refuse to follow through.”
“Every now and then, I come back to write a review about my Gtec Hoover, I’ve been a Dyson user for years but decided to change to the lighter hoover. My previous reviews haven’t been great and this will be my last, I’ve finally given up on the Gtec, mainly because of its recharging issues. I’m going back to the corded Dyson.”
“I received my order for the Gtech Orca with a tiny bottle of cleaning fluid stating that only this should be used with the Orca floor clear. This soon expired and I tried to order same but unbelievably was told they didn’t have any for this newly launched appliance,thereby rendering the machine unusable.I asked for urgency here and having spent a couple of hours searching the net asked for some complimentary fluid when available.Response just a platudenous unhelpful reply.DONT buy the Gtech Orca.”

“Have you seen their latest advert? No, not the one with men doing normal gardening with their tools and acting normally and not containing any harmful stereotypes or narratives.
Have you seen the advert with the woman and the hoover? Where the message is ‘women are good for two things: sex and cleaning’ - because the GTech owner can’t decide if her sexual moans of pleasure are from actual sex or cleaning. I tried to reach out to discuss the impact this sort of harmful stereotype and narrative has on the increasing abuse of and sexual violence against women and girls. I was blatantly ignored by their customer services, their Instagram and their CEO’s listed email address. They couldn’t care less that their message is one of pure, harmful misogyny and sexism. The one and only reason I can see for them to take this stance is that it’s their actual company beliefs, and they stand by the statement their adverts are making about women and girls.
I hope the owner doesn’t have any children - the daughters will be taught they’re worthless except in sex and cleaning, and the sons will be taught to be misogynistic and that it’s okay to disrespect women. Nice.

“Battery on my gtec lawnmower lasts 5 minutes and the pull up power lever broke after 2 months . When I called customer service the said it was not under warranty for that part and wanted to sell me the complete handle at a cost of £113. Avoid avoid avoid”
“Tried to buy a replacement lawnmower blade from GTech to be told they will not be available for at least 3-4 months. Their best suggestion was to use an old mower in the meantime. Unbelievable!! I always keep a few old lawnmowers around just in case I cant get a replacement blade!!! Terrible service, any other brand you could buy one off the shelf. Buy GTech at your own peril!!”
“Terrible battery, charger do not buy gtech lawnmower! The battery merely lasts 10-15 mins max after a 5 hour charge. Check their reviews on trustpilot before wasting your money. Customer service is even more pathetic.”
