“I purchased the drill and multi tool combi set the multi tool stopped working within 20 mins of using it to cut a bit of plywood out I called customer service to be told there is no warranty as I'm a builder and they are part time tools that I feel there not fit for purpose for anyone I feel ripped off and will go back to dewalt thought I would support a uk company more fool me cowboys”

“We lose service a great deal of the time. When you do have service, it only last for awhile. Now they just raised the rates. For what?? I suggest going somewhere else.”

“***FRAUD ALERT*** Please do not do business with G Technology, https://gtechnologycorp.com/. We were recently scammed by this company, that came out to do an assessment to repair our generator. They advised parts, and a qoute on their invoice, but when it came time to do the work they said they only did commercial. They collected $180 for the assessment but refused to give a qoute for the repairs or replacement. This would be a first for me for a company to come out to do an assessment but refuse to follow through.”

“Every now and then, I come back to write a review about my Gtec Hoover, I’ve been a Dyson user for years but decided to change to the lighter hoover. My previous reviews haven’t been great and this will be my last, I’ve finally given up on the Gtec, mainly because of its recharging issues. I’m going back to the corded Dyson.”

“I received my order for the Gtech Orca with a tiny bottle of cleaning fluid stating that only this should be used with the Orca floor clear. This soon expired and I tried to order same but unbelievably was told they didn’t have any for this newly launched appliance,thereby rendering the machine unusable.I asked for urgency here and having spent a couple of hours searching the net asked for some complimentary fluid when available.Response just a platudenous unhelpful reply.DONT buy the Gtech Orca.”

“This latest gtech advert is both pathetic and crass in its content ! The whole family cringe with repulsion every time it is shown which is far to often the sooner it is removed the better the production company of this advert should hide in embarrassment .”

“Have you seen their latest advert? No, not the one with men doing normal gardening with their tools and acting normally and not containing any harmful stereotypes or narratives. Have you seen the advert with the woman and the hoover? Where the message is ‘women are good for two things: sex and cleaning’ - because the GTech owner can’t decide if her sexual moans of pleasure are from actual sex or cleaning. I tried to reach out to discuss the impact this sort of harmful stereotype and narrative has on the increasing abuse of and sexual violence against women and girls. I was blatantly ignored by their customer services, their Instagram and their CEO’s listed email address. They couldn’t care less that their message is one of pure, harmful misogyny and sexism. The one and only reason I can see for them to take this stance is that it’s their actual company beliefs, and they stand by the statement their adverts are making about women and girls. I hope the owner doesn’t have any children - the daughters will be taught they’re worthless except in sex and cleaning, and the sons will be taught to be misogynistic and that it’s okay to disrespect women. Nice. Don’t give this company any money.”

“Battery on my gtec lawnmower lasts 5 minutes and the pull up power lever broke after 2 months . When I called customer service the said it was not under warranty for that part and wanted to sell me the complete handle at a cost of £113. Avoid avoid avoid”

“Tried to buy a replacement lawnmower blade from GTech to be told they will not be available for at least 3-4 months. Their best suggestion was to use an old mower in the meantime. Unbelievable!! I always keep a few old lawnmowers around just in case I cant get a replacement blade!!! Terrible service, any other brand you could buy one off the shelf. Buy GTech at your own peril!!”

“Terrible battery, charger do not buy gtech lawnmower! The battery merely lasts 10-15 mins max after a 5 hour charge. Check their reviews on trustpilot before wasting your money. Customer service is even more pathetic.”

“Not durable. Power switch failure is common. The battery terminals on the handheld melted g tech won't supply parts offered a new cleaner body only. So much for being able to repair! Despite Union Jack flag on box the cleaner is made in China. I binned it and bought a different make. Importing plastic unrepairable chep stuff like this from China is harming the environment. The local tip has a lot of Gtech stuff in the skips! Avoid!”

“My 92 year old Mother bought a pro stick 3 years ago. It has never been used before now. The battery is faulty and will not charge. Gtech apologise for the inconvenience and offer a free pack of bags as compensation. Battery although outside the 12 month warranty is obviously not fit for purpose. Before buying from this company be aware of their attitude to customer service. Other vacuums are available.”

“GTech AirRAM K9 Second AirRAM I unfortunately bought. First had to be rebuilt by us with parts sent thru by GTech, no offer to return even tho broke mechanically within 2 months. The K9 version jammed ‘on’ and the electrical break on the rotor failed meaning it wouldn’t have stopped rotating of a child’s fingers or paws got trapped in it. I contacted GTech and didn’t see any level of concern and had to wait for slow momentum to get unit returned. I asked for a safety report to give to Tradings Standards to log should there be other appliances having this hazardous failure mode. Finally after restating my rights under GTech T&C’s and saying I would use charge back, I got a basic refund. Lots of hassle and really disappointed in GTech generally. Lots of other good hoovers so best to avoid GTech”

“I ordered a replacement brush for my cleaner nearly 2 weeks ago. I was told it was on its way and I would receive it any day. I just phoned the company and was the part won’t be in until 16th October!! Why! Having been told it is on its way! I have cancelled it. I need a cleaner and I can’t wait that long.”
