Excellent company, helpful and customer focused staff. Over 10 year period we have bought 5 gtech models and the all still work. However I had overcharged the battery on upright K9 which is still in warranty but obviously my error. They provided a replacement battery which went to the wrong address unfo unfortunately so rang them again to advise this and they are sending another so very pleased.

2nd gtech vacuum. Gave my granddaughter my last one because I liked the look of the platinum. That first vacuum is still going strong. After almost a year I had a minor problem with the platinum. Over the phone a new part was sent and delivered. The level of courtesy, efficiency and diagnosis were second to none and I am happily using my platinum again. Amazing service amazing vacuum amazing company. Well done Nick Grey and thank you.

I can not praise the gtech staff enough for their help nothing was any trouble. From start to finish they were brilliant . The hedge trimmer is brilliant five stars

Over the moon with the first class service we recieved from the G Tech customer service staff Alice and Reece had an issue with the base of our hoover and stem we recieved the new brand new base the day after and new handle can not thank this first class company for a first class service .

I love my GTECH AirRam. I have arthritis and it is so easy to use. The customer service is excellent - Always get my query dealt with straight away

I made a mistake. Used autobot, and put through to customer service. So helpful and gave me all the information i required. If only all customer services was like this everywhere Life would be so much easier. Well done Gtec for showing customer svc up around the country!!! I would give them 10 out of 10 for this.

We have a Gtech vacuum and hand held vacuum for over 3 years now and works very efficiently. On Friday the plastic flywheel on the hand held broke into a dozen pieces. Phoned Gtech and for £9.99 was told a new part would be sent including p&p. This morning , Monday at 8am a whole new chassis arrived. I put in the battery and the dust container , 30 seconds , and we're back working. Full marks to Gtech.

Amazing after sales service! I sent a message to Gtec on Sunday afternoon, 20 minutes later I received a reply saying that new parts would be sent. Today, Monday, the parts arrived at 1.50pm…….. incredible! THIS SERVICE COULD NOT BE BETTERED!! Thank you Gtec, best service EVER!!!!

Compared to previous hoover brand cordless the air ram mk 2 is amazing, picks up dirt on a par with my corded Dyson. Yes the dust container is small and needs regular emptying but it is so easy to take out and empty, not an issue for me at all. So far really impressed and would recommend.

My gtec hylite stopped picking up, I emailed customer services who promptly replied and sorted out my problem by sending replacement battery which arrived in two days. Very impressed with service , many thanks 👍

I had a big problem with my G tech and phoned the customer service on Friday and the lovely girl 👧 was so helpful and ensured I had a replacement part which came next day. We still could not get it to work again so I phoned again and another lovely girl once again was so helpful and agreed to send me another part so hopefully it will come tomorrow and my husband can put it together for me. I have been so pleased with it due to only being able to use one hand.

I have had an Air Ram for 3 years now. It has been a godsend to me .it is light in weight to carry upstairs and works well on both carpet and floor. I needed to replace the top handle a couple of weeks ago. Staff were helpful and item arrived the following day. I am now considering a lawn trimmer

We have a total of 4 GTECH items, the latest AIR RAM MK2 K9 is a little troublesome, GTECH though, have bent over backwards to sort the issues, cannot fault the customer service, emailed them this morning, they replied within 90mins saying the parts required have been shipped and apologies for the hassle, FIRST CLASS SERVICE in my book !!!!!
