ppalling Customer Service! Oh dear! Used to love this store and did a lot of shopping. However after ordering several larger items online I have changed my mind! Part of the order was probably a faulty batch but broke as soon as used! Binned! Customer Services intimated I am a liar! All I requested was a replacement! I am not going to keep bits of broken plastic!! Terrible customer service attitude and now lost a lot of local goodwill and business! Only concerned with profit and money making, not interested in customers!!!! Will use B&M in future!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Just received so say 20 roses and a pure delight bouquet. These flowers a an embarrassment, I was embarrassed to give them to my wife on our 25th wedding anniversary. I could not go out and get more as these arrived whilst we were entertaining. The flowers she received from my brother was better than the flowers I had purchased. I ended up with 14 roses as the rest had dropped their heads and the bouquet was a joke ( I paid extra for the large) and receive 3x roses, 3x carnations, 1x lily and loads and load of green foliage. I’ve emailed constantly home bargains and all the say is that they cannot see any issues ( having sent them 6-7 photos). Please don’t waste your money, pay that bit extra and go to a reputable florist. I could see my wife was so so disappointed with them, on a day that is meant to be perfect.

Pushed in store in May by a member of staff passed to higher management still not received a reply giving me an apology. Awful customer care

After the most horrendous week of my family lives, myself, sister and mother visited the Newport Road, Cardiff store. Upon leaving my sister was stopped and accused of stealing a bottle of Nivea as they saw her pick it up but had not bothered to check their cameras! We all pick items up Home Bargains and change our mind. Having willingly showed her receipt and emptied her bag to show she had not taken anything one would expect an apology, oh no they simply walked off without so much of a sorry clearly gutted that they had got it wrong. Clearly you get what you pay for at these stores, cheap products with even cheaper customer service!

I paid £16.99 for roses to be delivered to a friend for an early mothers day gift to be delivered on the Friday. It arrived but it was the wrong bunch, my friend received about 6 carnations instead. Contacted customer services and was told they couldn't deliver again until almost a week later on Wed. It's a mother's day bunch, so not much good on Wednesday. I've asked for my money back and it's been refused because I couldn't return the flowers. I'm now £16.99 down, and left embarrassed by what was sent. Do not use B&M for flowers!

ALL THIS COMPANIES PRODUCTS ARE CHEAPLY MADE. IVE BOUGHT 5 CLOTHES PROPTS ALL HAVE BROKEN WITHIN DAYS. I BOUGHT BIRD SEED FEEDS 4 TIMES ALL BROKE,THE ONE I BOUGHT YESTERDAY BROKE THE SAME DAY. CHEAP RUBBISH. IVE HAD MANY PRODUCTS FROM.THIS COMPANY THAT HAVE GONE WRONG. STAFF IN TRENT VALE,STOKE ARE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL,THERES NEVER ANYONE AROUND TO ASK FOR HELP MOST OF THE TIME

Cheapside Preston Store full of employees who have a couldn’t care less attitude from management down. Well we all know what you get if you pay peanuts and in this store they are in abundance the most unhelpful people I have come across.

The £16.00, medium bouquet that arrived bore no resemblance to the image on their website and consisted of 8 flowers!! I so wish I had checked the reviews before ordering as they are all negative with a similar story to mine. I wish I could upload a photo as the picture would say it all. Complete rip off from a well known high street business. Avoid ordering flowers from them like the plague. Home Bargains you should be ashamed!!

I ordered flowers for my mum for mother’s day. Looked like they been dragged through a bush & the balloon said Congrats. My first thought was do these people have brains then I went in the shop & they don’t.

Sent pastel paradise medium bouquet, with vase; and chocolates to my Daughter. Was shocked to discover from the picture that she sent to me, that this bouquet consisted of 3 roses, 3 Carnations and stem of Eustoma. So disappointed with this bouquet..... would have received more flowers, if I had bought a small bunch of flowers from the local supermarket, and this would have been much cheaper too! . If I had'nt made them the medium, I dread to think how may roses and carnations would have been in the bouquet. Will not be using this supplier again!. Better to use the local florist, and sent a bouquet from there instead. At least I will not be embarressed with the bouquet. The boquet I had sent was, Definitely not worth the money.

Valentine day flowers were virtually dead and had wilted! I wouldn’t recommend using them to anyone! I emailed them about the isssue and was told to cut at an angle and change water daily..... bit too late when there virtually dead!

Bought items for this chains of shops products where faulty but out of the 28 days cash back agreement. Only wanted to exchange for same item but told can not help me.

Ordered flowers from Home bargains for a special occasion and paid the premium for next day delievry. They said they tried to deliver, which was untrue as the recipient was home all day. Instead the flowers got delivered 2 days after the confirmed date, and the company refused to refund my premium for next day delivery. POOR SERVICE! BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE AN IMPORTANT OCCASION ! THEY WILL LIE AND SPOIL YOUR PLANS/SURPRISE .

20.45pm and the flowers I ordered on Monday afternoon for delivery today, have still not arrived. Had confirmation email with 2 orders on it......1 was 6 months old, a lower price and was never delivered as they 'had no record of the order' (so how have they got the details????), and the other order hasn't arrived..........

I placed an order for flowers 5 days in advance, and still did not reach on the day ordered for. BEWARE...... its is cheap but definitely not recommended to be ordered specially if you hoping to present to your loved ones on their special day and be disappointed just like I was

I ordered some flowers for my auntie as she has terminal cancer. I ordered the flowers to her home address but in the mean time she got moved to a hospice to die as her condition deteriorated. This was in a space of 2 hours. I emailed customer service to change the address to a hospice as the delivery was due the next day but the reply I received was the following; “ The ticket has been printed , so therefore it won’t be able to be changed “. I explained the reason and still this company would not change the address so my auntie could receive the flowers we had sent. I cannot believe a company could be so cold and have a customer service team that does just not care!!! Will never ever use again!!! It wot let me tick the box to rate customer service but if it did I would rate it 1 star.

Customer service is disgraceful. The flowers were very poor quality, all open and brown at the edges and they refused to refund/ send another bunch. Very disappointing.

On Friday my wife bought solar light (last one on shelf)On opening the next day found the item damaged with piece also missing. On returning the item found no designated customer services so had to wait in queue. When served by assistant he rang 3 times for assistance which took 15 minutes for a supervisor to come who then told me my receipt had to be authorised and made me wait a further 15 minutes before I could have a refund.I find this amount of time totally unacceptable as other stores make the process of refund/exchanges far simpler.
