“I needed pens fast for an upcoming health fair. The on line chat customer service person gave me the ability to have someone lookup an old order give me the order number and copy the graphics from that previous order and produce my pen order super fast. We have ordered several times from this company in the past. Our frequency is not often since we order large quantities. I wish they had more than just pens...”

“A church member told us about Ink Spot and we have been very pleased with every purchase we have made. There is no set-up fee, they have the best prices and best turn around on their products. We have ordered both pens and pencils. Our recent order of neon pencils was the best yet. The erasers have smiley faces on them! We will continue to order from Ink Spot because of the ease of ordering, the speed of service and the value of the product.”

“My experience with your company was awesome. I found you on the internet and called to get more information. I was told that everything was done on line but if I had any problem, please call and I will get help. I called and was told how to order and what to do. The person I spoke to was very helpful. “Thank you for the beautiful imprinted natural wood pencils for my wedding. My order came very quickly and the questions I had were answered quickly by customer service. This is a company that seeks to make their customers happy with their purchases. If a need for imprinted pens or pencils arises again for me, I will be using this company for sure! “Love my pens! The Blaze Stylus and Pens arrived when promised and are perfect! The pens aren't too skinny or too fat...just a perfect size. I have already given out about one third of my order and everyone loves them! I had chatted with Tom before placing my order and he was super!
