“Needed party favor as thank you gifts for our guest. Decided to give engraved pens as gifts but needed them asap. Another company could print 200 pens in 3 weeks. Continued to search only to find that it would take longer. That's when I found Ink Spot and gave them a call. WOW! I contacted Ink Spot Graphics on Wednesday afternoon, placed an order for 200 pens, called back Thursday morning to make a change in pen style. My order arrived in TWO days. Dora and Natasha were exceptional in providing GREAT customer service. I highly recommend Ink Spot and will definitely use them again. Thank You”

“I placed my order with Dora in the sales department. She was so nice and informative. I told her I had an upcoming surgery and she went the extra mile to make sure my order went in on time.
