“They are a fab company. Never any hassles with delivery. Customer service is second to none. Excellent value with extended warranties on big electrical goods and price matched! Amazing British company with British values at heart! Please don't ever close down John Lewis”

“It was very easy to order and arrange a convenient delivery date. The delivery men phoned when they were 40 minutes out. They were professional and brought the items into the are that I wanted. The whole experience was very pleasant from start to finish. Would definitely use them again. Well done John Lewis.”

“I always go to John Lewis when I buy any electricals or any high price purchases. Their customer care service is brilliant! I usualy pay for added care so that accidental damage is covered, and I always shop around to ensure the price is competitive as they offer a high street price match policy.”

“From the moment we went to department on Saturday afternoon that we were looking to buy goods from to the customer service dept @ the Chester branch was a pleasure .The salesperson was really nice and not pushy or trying to get you to buy accessories that you don't need unlike other stores nearby. But also knew what he was talking about .Have been kept in touch by text all week .and have just received the phone call to say delivery on route and he even was cheerful even though stuck in traffic. I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends once again thank you”
