“After purchasing an item, the next day the price had been reduced another £30. I contacted and they said that they were never beaten on price and to fill out a claim form. I did and the difference of the price was in my Paypal account the next morning!”

“Shopped recently for the first time on John Lewis online but it certainly will not be my last. Ordered fragile items with the fear and trepidation they might not arrive in 1 piece. Not only were they packaged really well and there were no breakables, but I received them after just 3 days of placing the order (during Black Friday) Thank you JL. I will be back.”
