“They provide a 2 year warranty on electronic goods and do match competitors prices on genuine comparisons up to 28 days from purchase. They have refunded me the difference on several occasions.”

“Shopped recently for the first time on John Lewis online but it certainly will not be my last. Ordered fragile items with the fear and trepidation they might not arrive in 1 piece. Not only were they packaged really well and there were no breakables, but I received them after just 3 days of placing the order (during Black Friday) Thank you JL. I will be back.”

“I bought some curtains and blinds from John Lewis for my new house. I'd always ever rented before now and had no idea on how to choose curtains/blinds in terms of type and size...the John Lewis staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and thanks to them I now have perfect fitting blinds and curtains in my lovely new home.”

“Had been looking for a particular Lego item since September and could only find it "on order" - even in a US Lego store. By chance, I found it on John Lewis' site; it was in stock, and was sent (p&p free). Have since discovered it - possibly still only "on order" - on a couple of other sites, but at a considerably higher price. Nice one, John Lewis - I'll check your website first in future.”
