“I bought some curtains and blinds from John Lewis for my new house. I'd always ever rented before now and had no idea on how to choose curtains/blinds in terms of type and size...the John Lewis staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and thanks to them I now have perfect fitting blinds and curtains in my lovely new home.”

“Had been looking for a particular Lego item since September and could only find it "on order" - even in a US Lego store. By chance, I found it on John Lewis' site; it was in stock, and was sent (p&p free). Have since discovered it - possibly still only "on order" - on a couple of other sites, but at a considerably higher price. Nice one, John Lewis - I'll check your website first in future.”

“Wanted to order a television from John Lewis, but there was no online stock. When I telephoned to enquire if any stores had the product, I was told this was an old model which had been discontinued. The associate checked all stores for stock, but without luck. The following day a stock notification showed that there was 1 unit in stock, so I called the online order line who were very helpful in reserving this item while the order was processed.”

“They are genuinely never knowingly undersold. Their staff are genuinely helpful as they are invested in the company and they provide a click and collect service that is very conveninet and quick. Along with providing very good quality goods and an efficient delivery process, I find them the 'goto' on line and actual shop for most non-grocery things that i buy”
