The driver turned up late my food was cold items where missing and the driver could not speak any English when I asked where my drinks where I could not get an explanation the service has gone right down hill in recent years

Made an order for pickup, it was accepted. When I went to get it I found the restaurant didn’t exist. Just Eat customer service was awful. Refused a refund. I got scammed and they are totally okay with it.

I am absolutely disgusted with the appalling service from Just Eat. They completely failed to make any attempt to contact me, and I never received my order. They refused to refund. I urge everyone to avoid using them for delivery. I am currently in the process of claiming a refund through PayPal, and I will be reporting Just Eat to Trading Standards for what I believe is illegal behaviour. Their customer service is a joke. The only way to contact them is through their useless website email, which is no help whatsoever.

Frauds. Clicked "delivery" for order and upon paying it appeared as "collection." Cancelled it but "polite" assistant on their chat refuse to refund. Please read other people's reviews to see what a joke of a company this is. Need to be reported to Trading Standards. (Order no. 455692818 through my daughter's phone.)

Cheap joke act. Wrong meal delivered which looked inedible. No apology. Just we owe you a refund. I won’t be using them again.

I placed an order with them from a restaurant, Balti Hut, that I eat regularly from. It cost just over £30 and was inedible. Some parts of it were burnt and really dry. Some of the chicken in it was raw. I sent pictures and they have said they have given me just over £4 back and can't do anything else. I order regularly from here and never had to complain as the food is normally beautiful but on this occasion it was atrocious. I cannot believe they will not refund for a meal that had so much wrong with it.

We recently placed an order, which was marked as delivered. However, we did not receive the food. Upon contacting the restaurant, we were advised to reach out to Just Eat directly. We ended up reordering the food, and when we contacted Just Eat for a refund, the request was denied on the basis that the driver had apparently left the order at our door. This is completely inaccurate, as we were at the door the entire time and received nothing. The handling of this situation, including the unhelpful customer service, has been extremely disappointing. I expected better accountability and support from Just Eat, and this experience has left me questioning the reliability of your platform.

Money came out of account .....nothing was delivered ....2 hungry grand children....had to then walk to macdonalds a mile away in the snow and rain with grandchildren and pay more money

Yet again tonight we ordered grocerys you took our money we waited 3 hours no one turned up a you sent a message saying that it was delivered and its impossible to talk to anyone appalling never ever be back £79 gone

Ordered food with just eat Heathrow branch, of kfc, never received food, even though my phone showed a order number. Contacted kfc they knew nothing about an order. Will never use just eat again, and will advise other people not to.

For years I’ve been using just eat. It all used to be good experiences however something has changed in the recent months I’ve had multiple issues where I’ve ordered food and delivery drivers have refused to accept the order in an attempt to find ones more local or better paying ect well here I am now after ordering my food an hour and a half ago and once again the driver has not yet been assigned if this was a one off id be ok with it however it’s too frequent I think this is will be my final time using the app terrible service terrible to get to contact the company to discuss your issues they don’t care about the customers anymore avoid…..

I use JustEat at least once a week, and I've doing it for a long time, which equates to hundreds of orders. Support has been reasonable in the past, issuing refunds when an item is missing, or even when the food is delivered late and cold. However... my latest experience indicates that Customer Support no longer really "support", and are hiding behind a "policy" that can't be overturned. In my case, I paid £30 for a meal and only received (literally) half of it. JustEat simply (and quickly!!) refused to offer me any compensation. I even contacted the restaurant directly, and they said "sorry", but nothing else. This is truly terrible service. They are not what they used to be - probably from spending too much £ on TV ads instead of caring for customers. Very disappointed, and will change to another food delivery services. Because, luckily, there are others.
