“My order for first then I had emailed the company asking them for a refund and they didn't reply to me also I tried ringing the contact number no help there either”

“The worst company I have ever dealt with. Shocking customer service. Takes your money and never delivers the products and then blames the customer. Please avoid.”

Hi Jacob, I have just checked your order from March 5th and can see the order was dispatched the same day on our standard delivery service as requested. The parcel is showing as delivered on March 8th at 9:55am. I have just checked our customer service helpdesk and cannot see any correspondence from you regarding your order so I am assuming you have mixed us up with another online retailer. “Had to send an item back because it was to small.. No size or chest size specific for makes on website.. then had to pay the return cost and print out returns sheet another postage fee to send it back to me.. could have been avoided if chest sizes was put up with sizes on website.. not very happy with this to be honest”

We do have pre-sale customer help via Email or Facebook Messenger. We do also have a generic size guide available on the website should there be no specific details against the product. “Poor customer support , have sent them emails few times no one responded on time. No tracking information about my package. Its been more than one month now , still i haven't received my package. One of the worst decision i have ever made in my life is to shop on your site. Not coming back anymore.”
