“Returned my jeans over 6 months ago and still havent been refunded! They have stopped replying to all my emails! £50 stolen! Beware! And i can guarntee they wont reply to this review but will to everyone elses because they know they havent got a clue how to go about this now! Want my refund!! Great way to create brand image im sure this company will last years! Ha”

Hi Bethany, You ordered on the 7th December, it left us on the 8th and the tracking shows delivered to you, or a neighbour on the 11th December from the Granthan Delivery Office. If your item was delivered to a neighbour, Royal mail will have left a card at your address to tell you which one it's with. “I’m not really that happy. Delivery is good , it’s just the fact of the item we bought was in the sale and did not realise we could not return it for a refund , my son does not really want anything else and so now we are stuck with your company holding our money and us who cannot find anything suitable to buy . We emailed but the response was very direct and felt less than friendly. tony.whiteside@yahoo.com”

Hello, thanks for your feedback. We do state this in our T&C's, Returns page and the Returns form but we're sorry you didn't see this and was not as you expected. We have processed your return on the same day we received it and issued the necessary credit note to you by email, which has no expiry date. We are always stocking new clothing, trends and brands - keep an eye on the website for more releases and there will be plenty of styles your son will love! LR.

“DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY! Refused my refund! After email saying they have recieved my returns! Been waiting since march! Have proof of returns through post office (tracking number) been reported to trading standards”

Hello, Thank you for your review. I have just checked the DPD tracking on your parcel and it looks like you selected the "change my delivery date" option in flight. You changed your delivery date from Friday 1st December to Monday 4th December, hence why you did not receive next day. Thank you.

“The item is as ordered and good quality. However, I paid for next day delivery and this was 3 days late. I have contacted customer service twice via email, for a refund of excess postage and still not heard anything back. The first email was sent on 29th November. This is not good enough I’m afraid.”

Hi, Your order was placed over the Black Friday Weekend and was dispatched from our warehouse on Monday 27th after you placed your order (on Sunday 26th). DPD, understandably had a huge amount of parcels to deliver over this period and you received your item on the Wednesday (30th) - it appears they could not get to you the Tuesday and arranged the delivery for Wednesday 30th.
