“Sent a jacket back for a refund and i am now being informed it will take a whole month for them to even open my return before processing it. terrible avoid at all costs”

Hi Marion - we have not said that to you at all, I have just reviewed the email thread. We have replied to your email and informed you that your return will be dealt with in the timescales outlined on our returns policy. This is usually 7 days, however we do allow a little longer during busy periods and for any issues or timings that are out of our control, such as the banks processing times.

Hi Thanks for your feedback, we do have customer support via Live Chat and Email which you are welcome to message at any time. We also offer DPD Guaranteed Next Day Delivery if you order before 4pm as an option at checkout should you require your item/s more quickly. LR

“"Ordered a jacket for our oldest son but it was to big. Not lost rockstars fault but was a little worried about it taking up to 30 day’s for my refund but it was swiftly refunded in just 3 day’s. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.”

Hi We say allow 30 days for your return to be processed as this covers us for busy periods (such as Christmas) and Bank Holidays. Our returns policy does state they are usually handled in 7 working days. Your particular return was handled in 3 working days. We would kindly ask you revise your review. Thank you.
