"Visited Bradford Store in Kirkgate on Monday 17 October 2022. Got a lovely Jacket and blouse reduced from \u00a355.98 to \u00a330. Great quality, look lovely and are machine washable. Blouse was \u00a311 and it looks like a designer, expensive one. Your survey was emailed to me but it\u2019s not working. Please enter me in the \u00a3200 prize draw would love some more New Look clothes. I have attached photos. Always loved NL right now with austerity it is an affordable way to look fantastic. My sister in law worked in the Skipton branch for about 15 years. Photos attached. I am size 8 to 10 and would love to try out and review clothes for you. Especially love my new buys and the Hallie leather look black jeans I bought last year (size 8). Alison"

"I ordered some items from new look on November 2021 and they didn\u2019t arrive. I waited for a month a half an decided to cancel my order as they were Christmas gifts that clearly wouldn\u2019t arrive on time or at all. They proceeded to do the refund and all good. I decided to give it another go and do an order for march 2022 but it\u2019s been a month and nothing has arrived either. I proceeded to contact new look through WhatsApp and I got the refund but a horrible response saying they aren\u2019t able to provide a tracking number and that next time it\u2019s at \u201cmy own risk\u201d to order for things\u2026 \r\n\r\nQuite frankly I\u2019ve never had issues with my order as they\u2019ve always come through and I genuinely love their clothes. Now, I\u2019m giving a response that if my package doesn\u2019t arrive is my problem alluding I\u2019m just asking for refunds for fun. \r\n\r\nHonestly, very disappointed for their customer service and overall delivery. \r\n\r\nI\u2019m never ordering from here again and would t recommend it to anyone either since they just won\u2019t take responsibility for their lack of tracking system. \r\n\r\nSuch a shame."
