“Great price, great delivery timescales, with the ability to choose the delivery date, which fits in with good Project Management to get the materials deliveries planned in in advance. Boards arrived well wrapped in pairs with good handling by the delivery driver meant no damage, unlike some others who deliver insulation with bigs lumps knocked out it. Will definitely use this firm again & recommend to others.”

“Excellent value for money on product. Communication around delivery could be better . Was informed of wrong date and had to re arrange my schedule at short notice due to the heavy cost of re delivery wasn't delivered until the 29th . got a text at 6.50 am to say it will be there between 7 and 9”

As you mentioned, emailed you on the 26th when you placed your order to let you know your delivery would be on the 28th as the vehicles were already booked for the 29th. We were completely unaware that your delivery had been changed back to the 29th by our hauliers as a space had opened up with them so we apologise for this inconvenience, we have spoken to them about the importance of letting us and our customers know. We certainly would not have charged any re-delivery costs based on this and we are sorry for any issues caused.

“Good online ordering system, cheapest price I could find and free delivery. Relatively quick delivery, product was not in stock and still delivered in 2 working days. You should expect 3 working days normally. My delivery was on their own transport from Peterborough. In the time window I was given by a very pleasant guy. Great service, recommended.”
