“Disappointing I wasn’t given a window for delivery, the poor delivery guy had to help me (as being a woman I don’t have the strength to carry them) with unloading the plasterboards, nothing on your website stipulates that you use a 1 man courier that doesn’t help with unloading. Apart from that I’ve given 1 stars for the plasterboards, as there was a few marks.”

We do email all customers as part of your invoice- • Please note that access to the delivery address should be considered as deliveries will be made on standard 26 - 32 Tonne Vehicles. *Mechanical offload can be arranged if requested* We emailed you with your delivery booking for the 11th and you asked us to change the delivery to the 14th as we did for you. We appreciate your comments regarding the plasterboards as well, and we’ll ensure to address the quality concerns as part of our commitment to better service. “Very good experience from the point of order to delivery, well done The delivery driver should be commended and is a credit to your organisation, as he had a walk to do from kerbside, which is where I expected him to drop the insulation board, but instead walked to house and stacked the boards neatly”

“After 3 previous deliveries on large lorries with no problems I was informed that I would have to pay an additional £140 for delivery to be made on a small truck because of access I cancelled my order and an articulated lorry delivered from a different company and cheaper. Sadly won’t be dealing with online insulation again”

Unfortunately on this occasion we did not have the smaller vehicle available to make your delivery and we offered you a few options to resolve this including offering an alternative brand that we could get from an another depot, for you to collect the goods or for us to arrange a smaller van for you. We had actually found a solution for you, without any charges but we received an email from you out of hours telling us to cancel the order as you had got the goods from elsewhere.
