“Great product at a great price and delivery was quick. My only issue was that I asked for one of the arms for my shower curtain rail to be cut shorter on order comments, but it was not cut.”

We do apologise for that but we don't cut the shower rail in house, as that might create issues during installation if it wasn't fit for the purpose. Regards Richard

“The delivery was quite reasonable, the package was well protected. The only problem was - it was not what I intended to order. I wanted a 900*300 stainless steel shelf, but somehow ordered the above. I phoned the Office, and was told that return postage would be at my cost and that there was an additional handling cost. I re-wrapped the item, as good as how it came to me, paid for postage. So, I will wait till it arrives back to OzWashroom and wait for a refund.”

“Found the products that I needed at reasonable prices although the courier cost was quite expensive. Had initial difficulties with the online order but called direct and got the issue sorted out. The staff member was quite helpful. Once the order was in the delivery was fairly quick and I am very happy with the products and they were in perfect condition when delivered.”

“All was great with Ozwash however it fell apart with your courier company. They had specific instructions to leave at the front door of the unit number, which is on the top floor (2 flights of stairs) it is safe there. However they decided to leave it at the entry to the building where anyone can pick it up and take it. Luckily my neighbour picked it up for us but I was no impressed with the courier company which makes me questions whether I use Oz wash again.”
