Ordered for a birthday over a week ago with wxpress tracked. No photobook and told by customer service just to waiting longer. Feels like a scam rather than a genuine company. Very upset and annoyed. Will never use again!

They cancelled my order and never let me know and still haven’t received a refund, rang customer service several times but no answer and they still haven’t replied to any of my emails yet still send me them every day with offers!!! Poor customer service

Terrible, I ordered a photobook and paid for express delivery. It did not anrrive on the date it was due and still hasn’t. I’ve had no explanation from the company. Impossible to get hold of anyone. I spent days putting this together as a special gift for someone, I’ve now missed the event at which I was to present it. I’m gutted. Please do not give this company your business. Would give no stars if that were an option.

Following an initial issue with the delivery timings of my order of a photo book, the resolution offered by Selma K, was prompt, efficient, professional & sympathetic. The product was actually a lot better than I expected & I would certainly recommend them, & I will definitely use the system again for personalized orders such as they offer. We have some key birthdays coming up soon & these photo books make a lovely gift.

I placed the order and the upload was fine and this was not the first time I have used hotbox and now its not turned up some 38 days later and now I see it has been cancelled by photobox ( not me) and for no known reason and yet my credit card was billed not happy at all. Written 7 times to them and NOTHING.

Terrible service and shoddy items which were wrongly sent , trying to explain to them is useless as they are not interested I'll never use them again

Photobox is living on last standards. Quality and customer services care used to be second to none but since being taken over, I think from Moonpig, they had become too greedy for profit. It is Black Friday, so consumers do not be foiled by their offers. Prices have in fact more than doubled in the last two years and an A4 200-160 page PhotoBook previously offered at £24.99 is now over £50

I placed an order on 22 August 2002 and was given a delivery date of 1 September. It is now 7 September and I have not received the item. The Photobox website shows that the item was dispatched to Evri (courier) on 23 August but the Evri website shows that they are still awaiting receipt from Photobox. I have had great difficulty establishing how to contact Photobox. I have found two telephone numbers but both appear to be "dead". I also eventually found an e-mail address, but they go unanswered. Previous orders have been received satisfactorily, but now that something has gone wrong I find it impossible to contact the company. This is appalling customer service. I have given one star only because I cannot award nil.

Having read some disappointing reviews I was a bit worried about my order. However, I am really pleased with what they have done. Excellent A4 photobook. Ok, a couple of pics were not there and the text was missing but this is entirely due to me being useless with tech. I am amazed at how good it is! I had tried on some other sites and had to give up but photo box have done a good job. Thank you!

Slow, unhelpful, liars - ruined 1st wedding anniversary I ordered a photo book for my first wedding anniversary and they could not deliver on time. I asked them to change the delivery to express delivery, but they wouldn't. They were condescending trying to blame me and that I should have ordered earlier even though I had ordered in the required time to get it when I needed to. Just don't bother, go with Snapfish or someone else.

DO NOT USE! PATHETIC SERVICES! Spent hours creating a photobook with hundreds of photos for my wife's birthday. At the end it gives me an error stating one of the photos has timed out and I need to reload it. Problem is it doesn't show me the photo or even tell me the page.... So my choices are reupload hundreds of photos hoping it will get fixed or take my business elsewhere and come here to warn you. Support are no help, they cannot view creations in the app. Use anyone else!

Avoid Like the plaque! You pay for express shipping and be promised a delivery date. only to tell you it can take up to 14days. Then why was i promised to get the item by 2 days? Their customer service is useless. you wont go anywhere with them. Save yourself the hassle and avoid

Horrendous service - My items never even arrived, the courier will only speak to the sender, the only way to contact Photobox is through email and they never respond. Not even an opportunity to raise an issue, let alone get your money back or the item you paid for! Terrible, terrible service.

Will never use Photobox again. Ordered a square little memories book. The pictures were of my dog who has just passed away. I didn’t expect to see front cover of his chest and no head. 4 other pictures were the same. Surely all pictures should be checked before printing there must be a person who presses the button to print so why not check pictures first. No more online photos for me would rather spend extra and go to high street shop. Also the quality of the pictures were not very good. I would highly recommend NOT to use photobox.

The new Photobox studio is appalling and unstable. The templates are basic and are not to scale according to the page so basically the photos don't fit. The text box is tiny and you can only write one paragraph so the only solution is to type the text in Word, copy and import. The backgrounds to pages are way too busy for a photo book - none of the subtlety of the previous backgrounds. There are virtually no enhancements. It is not even possible to chose a type face and have it set for the entire book so every text has to be reset. The service consists of "I'm sorry you are having a problem with our site". I have supported and promoted them for so long, I could not be more disappointed

Since their software 'upgrade', they have destroyed themselves. They have lost a ton of functionality (especially in the text features) and you can't cut and paste large blocks of text. You can't even choose a page layout without photos. And they have ruined all the previous book options. Very disappointing.

Placed order 30 Jan for 2 large prints - fathers funeral on 11 Feb and wanted them for the service. Site said expect delivery by 6th. Two days later email states 'order despatched' expect delivery now on 5th Feb. Got to 7th and no show so opened chat box to be told delivery is normally 14 WORKING days, but check again in 2 days. 10th Feb receive email stating that prints ONLY JUST handed to Royal Mail and should be with me in 2 days. Opened chat box and am convinced that the 'responder' is an AI chat bot. Response was to wait til the 19th (even though funeral was 11th). Then they told me they hoped I enjoy the prints and service. You couldn't make this up. Shocking service. Will not be using these second rate chancers again.

I have used Photobox to design books for a good few years now! Most of the books are work in progress and i add to them over time. My latest project consisted of 100 pages of which 86 were complete. I had to scrap the book and start again when the adobe plug in expired which was a bit galling but was not the fault of Photobox but what i cannot understand is why they have changed the book creation studio and removed all of the cool options and embellishments that i used in my work. It is now completely different and you cannot even spread a photo over a double page, which is shocking in itself! In my opinion Photobox have taken a huge leap backwards and a child would be disappointed with the new options, or lack of them.

Photobox use to be excellent but their standard and quality have been dropping dramatically for the last few years to now a poor but expensive product. They have dropped a lot of their unique selling points, like, pre buying, their multi buys on similar products and combined postage, you now pay per item unless it is exactly the same whereas before you could build a basket of goods and pay one P&O. The paper quality has substantially changed as has the quality of the calendars. The calendars are especially lower quality. All have almost tripled in price. The build programme was excellent and this has gradually been reduced to basic. It’s such a shame. I will be looking else where for my photo books and calendars.

I ordered a picture and selected landscape, then zoomed in on the photo. The software reverted the picture back to portrait without notifying me. Customer service are useless and refused to help.
