Disappointing. Ordered a selection of photos and when on the payment page opted to have the calendar too. The order was placed on 29th June and the calendar (arriving at the beginning of July) had the first month as June. I called to speak with customer services about this and the call handler was disinterested. Having spent about £100 on two orders this was a disappointing outcome. I won't be using photobox again and will opted for other companies who may have a better level of service and who are more customer focused.

Just awful, ordered a photo book for a funeral, and they missed the delivery date, in the end by at least two weeks. Totally useless customer service, unhelpful, an absolute joke. On their website they have a load of rubbish about how good to their customer service is. It couldn't be worse. NEVER AGAIN.

Despicable company. HIGHLY advise never to use this company. Needed a photo album done for my wife's birthday on the 2nd July - everything in their communication told me would be WITH me by 30th June. Had an email saying there was a dely but should still be with me on the agreed date. Now it's the 30th and gave them a ring to find out what is going on, and all the agent could tell me on a loop was "it's not a guarantee that it'll get to you on that date, it's an expectation" I tried multiple times with this agent to try and get to speak to a manager or to try and expedite it, etc. but she kept repeating the same line over and over. There is no way of speaking to a manager, and now i'm just left in limbo, I don't believe it's going to get to me on time at this stage. Thanks a lot guys.

Banners all over their website claiming “Delivery by Father’s Day” but when you order it will take far longer and nothing can be done about it. Unhelpful customer service and you have to go via a chatbot which is utterly useless. Feels fraudulent and unethical. Don’t trust them especially if you need your order quickly.

Appalling. I’ve used PHOTOBOX for approx 15 years and it’s now impossible to use. Whatever happened? Never again!

Ballsed up my pictures, then blamed me. ”please pay close attention to the preview of each photo in our creation tool. "I was like IN NO WORLD would I expect my pictures to be stretched like that with a huge klaxon and red flag!"

If I could give 0 I would. I have never received such terrible service. I ordered a huge picture book, for my best friends 50th birthday on 9th January. Photobix system showed sent via royal mail on 14th, who have never received. Photbox refused to reprint and send until today, now going to entirely miss my best friends birthday date! No help whatsoever, and still no guarantee of a delivery date!!!!! Disgusting.

I wish I could give minus stars here. I paid an extra £17.99 to have my photobooks delivered on the 10th Jan ( or earlier). Still not arrived and I have been told that the terms state to allow an extra 5 days. This is misleading and unethical. If you pay extra for a named date ( or earlier), it should be with you by then. Customer service couldn’t care less. Absolute joke and no offer to give me back my payment for speedy delivery. I have now missed the reunion date that this book was ordered for. Never dealt with such poor customer service. Will not use them again

Honestly one star is too much, you’ve let me down big time. My order didn’t arrive and I paid extra for delivery, what is the point ? Just be honest about your service, customers just want to be clear what to expect. If you can’t deliver by a date just say, don’t charge extra for something you have no intention of honouring. Very disappointed and quite honestly the book is no longer needed as it’s too late.

Having used Photobox to create all our albums for over 15 years I have finally given up using the site since the last upgrade. It is impossible to get photos to upload easily from my Mac, to use in a creation where I want to make the decisions for layout and text. The online option is too restrictive. You have lost another loyal customer.

Promised to have photo albums ready by Christmas but did not, owing to delayed production. If you can’t commit to a date, don’t promise it.

I have used photobox in the past but they have really gone downhill 1. Their upgrades mean you lose access to previous photobooks you created - this has happened twice. 2. The use Amazon for delivery. Amazon are notorious. I live in an apartment block and my large print I ordered just left on the ground floor. 3. I know you must expect delays around Christmas but this is ridiculous. You need to order a month or two beforehand

I have been using Photobox for years, I know there was an upgrade and was really excited. I thought I had missed something then looked at the reviews. How could they have got it so wrong. The most frustrating is the lack of integration with google images. I now need to download the image and then upload. I really really can't understand why they would do this!!?!?

Item delivered 2 weeks before the original date . I will never ever recommend them when the accessibility of communication is really difficult . Nothing else to say

XMAS cards: 2 issues One batch wete black and white photos, but colour is not black but rather blue-grey, and *completely* different to the very same photo that I also got a standard print from (which is proper black and white). Second issue is that images when printed as cards are less sharp, or much less sharp than originals. Will be asking for a re print on my orders.

Ordered some poster prints from Photobox. I’ve been pleased with them in the past. I selected ‘Standard’ finish which I expected to look like a typical photo and was described as ‘semi-glossy’. The posters came and are matte. I complained and they sent me a new set. They are still matte. Intrigued to know what the actual ‘matte’ printing looks like. £20 down the drain. Won’t use them again.

Ordered a set of personalised Christmas cards. The order arrived promptly but in all honesty I wasted almost twenty pounds on a poor product. The card was flimsy, the printing dull and the folding was was distinctly diagonal! They are now in the garbage. Used Bonusprint regularly but since their takeover by Photobox the quality has fallen away. I have removed the app and will not use them again. There are many other choices.

Paid for express delivery for an 18th birthday. Currently 3 days later than the date promised and it's still not dispatched. Asked for a refund on the express delivery and was told quite rudely that the date is an estimate not a promise. Do not use!

Have used photobox for 15 years always been happy until recently. The range of print sizes, has reduced so much I am having to look elsewhere Photobox prints used to be vibrant now awful colours. The new website is really difficult use. Is there any point in albums any more? Basically I am looking elsewhere. What a shame. What was good is now rubbish.
