I would NOT recommend buying from Photobox. Ordered an item 1 Month ago and it’s still not arrived. Had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back. Shocking service

Outrageous customer service. I wrote them an email expressing my concerns about the safety of ordering a gift for my 81 year old grandmother during the pandemic crisis. My two emails were ignored.

I ordered 8 simple prints and was advised they would arrive within 2 weeks. it's been FIVE weeks and apart from the initial confirmation email I haven't received anything. The tracking link also doesnt work.

Never again. Incompetent unhelpful staff, overlriced delivery, inaccurate information. Terrible website. Doesnt even support multi upload so every photo had to be uploaded one at a time. Customer service is the worst part. If they don't like what you're saying they just hang up on you or close the chat window. This has happened 3 times already and all I want to do is change the delivery address. Use ANY other photo printing site

We bought a book costing £130. There are about 1,000 photos of our trip to Canada and Alaska. My wife compiled the book over several days and toke screenshots of each page. She returned to next day and SEVEN pictures were saved. She spent the next week trying repeatedly to load, no joy. We have had to PAY for extra time to try and load what we have proof was there before - hopeless. This is not the first time we have had this problem and we have decided that no price is worth this grief. The only problem is we now have together the money back, but their customer service is as good as stated in other comments. IF you are going to use this site don't: Have big files Have a slow internet speed (below 20mbps) Be in a hurry. You should expect to reload your book several times. Expect to print books over about 40 pages, the files won't load.

Limited to 1 star as cant give zero. I placed a collage order as a XMAS present, loaded up photos for the collage and order accepted. On loading photos NO warnings given as to quality/suitability of photos for the project. On receipt the collage was awful clearly the source photos were not of good enough quality for the product. I had to cut up the collage to rescue one or 2 pics and hurriedly buy a new Xmas present. Despite 4 emails of complaint not even acknowledgement from Photobox. Avoid using this company

I order simple photo prints for a project on the 13th of January. Today, we are the 27th of January and still no delivery! I paid for the 5 working day delivery post and 2 weeks has gone and past. So disappointed

My situation: I had a big batch of prints made by Photobox and delivered over a year ago. I checked a number of these packs and the photo quality seemed fine so i packed them away in a dark cupboard until I had the strength of will to open them up and start albumming them. When I did so I found that 50 or so of the 1,500 prints i had ordered were of shocking quality. They were out of focus and the colours all wrong. No relation to the original photos which were absolutely fine. It was clearly a factory/printing malfunction. When I got in touch with Photobox about this and explained ( all I was requesting was that these dodgy prints be reprinted, that was all) They stated that as this was out of the warranty period and there was nothing they could do. What shocking customer service. I paid a lot of money for 1,500 prints, 50 or so of which have clearly been printed extremely badly and they can't take responsibility for it. Very disappointed.

Dreadful service. Ordered picture gaurentied Christmas delivery. But never arrived until 31st December. Picture was of hours old new baby and first time parents as a memorable keepsake Christmas gift. Gutted and sad. DON'T promise what you cannot do.

I ordered a photo book as a Christmas gift on 17th November; this arrived 29th November and was damaged (quite extensive - all dinted around the edges as wasn’t packed well) and also had a duplicated page in (I only used each picture once and had reviewed before ordering). I send pictures of both errors and was assured I would receive a replacement corrected. This finally then arrived around 9th December, however still had the error duplication previously flagged. I again emailed about this, waited several days for a response which just asked for more pictures which were sent along. I then waited a further 6 days to receive a amy form of reply (keeping in mind I now knew I had no chance of receiving this correctly in time for Christmas) only to be told it must be my error and must have been added to the basket like this. It absolutely was not, each pictures showed it was used once, and how could a multi page be duplicated further along in the book? Did I just happen to choose the same layout. They closed my case and that was the end of it. Wouldn’t order again, absolute waste of time for a relatively expensive product.

First time ordered off this site, never again, ordered on the 9th December, took my money, no mugs, not answering my e mails, or my phone calls, total rip off, that's 2 people I will have to go and buy some thing else for,

My wife ordered 9 days ago, paid an extra for express delivery before Xmas. Today tried 3 times to connect on chat and 2 out of 3 times ferry disconnected her. After 1 hour of waiting they told her if she wanted all 8 calendars to be ship again or to be refunded. The shipment apparently was lost from the Carrier but there was a false tracking and was not working. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Site. We will not buy anymore. Mattia T. From Italy

Ho fatto un ordine con consegna garantita entro Natale, il pacco avrebbe dovuto arrivare ieri, ma non è arrivato niente. Il tracking non funziona, il corriere risponde che la spedizione non esiste. Ho provato a contattare l'assistenza clienti, ma dopo 30 min di attesa ti disconnettono. Veramente un pessimo servizio, se si potesse dare 0 stelle lo farei.

Pixelated and low resolution.. no contact warning before ordered or made. No reply email. Customer service not helpful... no refunds either!! Wasted the time and money!! Very disappointed 😡

If I could give less stars I would. We ordered and paid for delivery before 1pm later that week. On the day the order should have arrived, the items had not even been dispatched. The live chat agent, Olger, was incredibly rude and offered no apology for the inconvenience this had caused. Her response stated the date on the confirmation is an estimate and that it doesn't take into account production time, it would be with me in 1-2 days. Why offer faster delivery options if the estimated date cannot even remotely be met? She couldn't answer that question. No apology, no refund on shipping costs, nothing. Never again will we order from you.

Images came bent and cropped badly ( it as I selected them) You can’t see images in the baskets just the number of prints Customer services not really helpful after I have complained about above Won’t be using again

have used photobox for many years without issue. I didn't realise that they had changed courier company. Last night at 11pm after a delay scheduled delivery, they sent an email with a photo of my canvas creation left outside in the pouring rain at my work, which was clearly closed. They parked in the main road and climbed over a barrier to access the nearest building and just left it, I spent the night knowing that it would be soaked and ruined and there is now no time to get it redone before Christmas. I contacted photo only to be told that they are too busy to deal with customer service issues!!

An absolute let down. Despite stating the time of delivery as 30 August, the order has been unreasonably delayed and I am still to receive it, a week later. This was meant to be a birthday gift, and therefore time critical. I rang the customer services every day from the missed deadline and despite promises to escalate my order, nothing was done. As it is, I’m going to my dad’s birthday tomorrow empty handed as Photobox did not deliver on time. The other thing you need to be aware of if their customer services have no direct line into their production team, they do not communicate with each other. So if your order is delayed, all that’s customer service can do is to write to the production team, who do not reply. To say they’ve let me down is an understatement.. to cut a long story short, save yourself frazzled nerves and order from a company that actually honours the orders and delivers on time. As most of the orders are gifts and therefore time sensitive items, save yourself the risk of delays, which are rampant with this company from my experience thus far. I for one will not be ordering from them ever again!
