If I could give less stars I would. We ordered and paid for delivery before 1pm later that week. On the day the order should have arrived, the items had not even been dispatched. The live chat agent, Olger, was incredibly rude and offered no apology for the inconvenience this had caused. Her response stated the date on the confirmation is an estimate and that it doesn't take into account production time, it would be with me in 1-2 days. Why offer faster delivery options if the estimated date cannot even remotely be met? She couldn't answer that question. No apology, no refund on shipping costs, nothing. Never again will we order from you.

Images came bent and cropped badly ( it as I selected them) You can’t see images in the baskets just the number of prints Customer services not really helpful after I have complained about above Won’t be using again

have used photobox for many years without issue. I didn't realise that they had changed courier company. Last night at 11pm after a delay scheduled delivery, they sent an email with a photo of my canvas creation left outside in the pouring rain at my work, which was clearly closed. They parked in the main road and climbed over a barrier to access the nearest building and just left it, I spent the night knowing that it would be soaked and ruined and there is now no time to get it redone before Christmas. I contacted photo only to be told that they are too busy to deal with customer service issues!!

An absolute let down. Despite stating the time of delivery as 30 August, the order has been unreasonably delayed and I am still to receive it, a week later. This was meant to be a birthday gift, and therefore time critical. I rang the customer services every day from the missed deadline and despite promises to escalate my order, nothing was done. As it is, I’m going to my dad’s birthday tomorrow empty handed as Photobox did not deliver on time. The other thing you need to be aware of if their customer services have no direct line into their production team, they do not communicate with each other. So if your order is delayed, all that’s customer service can do is to write to the production team, who do not reply. To say they’ve let me down is an understatement.. to cut a long story short, save yourself frazzled nerves and order from a company that actually honours the orders and delivers on time. As most of the orders are gifts and therefore time sensitive items, save yourself the risk of delays, which are rampant with this company from my experience thus far. I for one will not be ordering from them ever again!

Bad customer service and wrong size received! I received my prints today that are not the size I ordered. I checked my confirmation screen before purchasing and had the right size and ordered the correct size album elsewhere. Today after receiving the incorrect order I spoke to Olgar on the customer chat, they are refusing to admit their error and will not assist me I anyway. After a huge waste of money and a huge pile of photos I now can not use, I can not afford to purchase new prints. This was my first time using Photobox and I hoped to get all my future prints done here but I will not! Do not use these people, any errors and they will NOT help you.

Really poor quality .most of my photos in book had heads cut off .i e mailed photobox only to be told its not there fault its mine!! And i would have to pay again if i wanted another one doing.Really poor customer service I would not buy from them again.

I spent almost 2 hours designing a towel with photos, went to the checkout and was told to register. I registered and the page with my design would not let me save it or go to the checkout. I contacted support who told me that you cannot save a design if you have not already registered, and I could not register without losing the design (as it would not save if I left the page) Id' say that's a huge flaw that the website lets you design something with no warning that you will lost it if you haven't already registered.

Website down. Templates didn't work. Check out failed. Had to try several times. Customer support didn't respond. When stuff arrived, print quality was very poor. Photobox never again.

They didn't because I tried several times to order photos but could not navigate the on line system.
