Delivery is a bit of a nightmare to be honest, made worse by the complete lack of customer service. if you have an issue or need to query you can get through to the chatbot, if you need help beyond this (which you will unless its just a very quick question) good luck. I emailed on Friday last week, its now end of Tuesday and still no response. Tried to get them on their chat system, no joy there either. I get the feeling they have about 3 people in an office somewhere answering everyones queries. Delivery for one of my items - according to the photobox website it was despatched on 24th November. When i check the tracking Royal Mail dont have it yet, so we have schrodingers parcel - both on its way and not at the same time. And on the run up to christmas i dont especially have the patience of a saint for stuff like this. so we shall see what happens, but right now im not impressed. 2 stars rather than one because the ease of ordering was really good, just wish the delivery matched that process for ease! Live and learn as they say though, not sure ill be using them again.

The new Photobox studio is appalling and unstable. The templates are basic and are not to scale according to the page so basically the photos don't fit. The text box is tiny and you can only write one paragraph so the only solution is to type the text in Word, copy and import. The backgrounds to pages are way too busy for a photo book - none of the subtlety of the previous backgrounds. There are virtually no enhancements. It is not even possible to chose a type face and have it set for the entire book so every text has to be reset. The service consists of "I'm sorry you are having a problem with our site". I have supported and promoted them for so long, I could not be more disappointed

I have been ordering a calendar from photobox every year and have been really happy with it. But this year (2020) the calendar is on flimsy paper (it's usually like a thin card). and it was packed incorrectly so that the outer brown envelope it was in - bent and creased so the calendar is partly because it's flimsy paper. I would not longer recommend and will use a different company next year.

Photobox use to be excellent but their standard and quality have been dropping dramatically for the last few years to now a poor but expensive product. They have dropped a lot of their unique selling points, like, pre buying, their multi buys on similar products and combined postage, you now pay per item unless it is exactly the same whereas before you could build a basket of goods and pay one P&O. The paper quality has substantially changed as has the quality of the calendars. The calendars are especially lower quality. All have almost tripled in price. The build programme was excellent and this has gradually been reduced to basic. It’s such a shame. I will be looking else where for my photo books and calendars.

I ordered a photobook which took an absolute age to be delivered (despite marketing which said "order by xxx date, in time for Christmas") . The book itself is fine, but delivery service and overall customer experience was pretty shocking. I won't be using them again.

I’ve used Photobox for many years as the quality of the products are excellent. It used to be a really good customer service too. Something has changed though. I ordered 4 large photo books yet only 1 arrived causing extreme disappointment as I was then unable to give the books to the 3 people they were made for on a special weekend getogether. To cut a long frustrating story short they would not send the books to the people they were intended for. Instead I am still awaiting them and then I will have to post them on. No compensation or real understanding of how much I have been let down. I won’t be using them again

I feel really disappointed with the quality of the products. flimsy,cheap and shoddy workmanship. What I paid does not reflect what I got. The items were a complete rip off and two stars is generous. As these were gifts I am reluctant to give them, given how cheap they look. I was happy to pay a high enough price for what I hoped would be memorable and cherished gifts. Very disappointed with the reality.

No delivery then promised a special delivery still no show so tried the chat box online and because the account was in my wife’s name they would not discuss the order. All I wanted was my order. But impressed and won’t use them again

They made me happy by the quality of prints which were fantastic for my Mums 50th Birthday- everyone loved them and I was able to tell them that they were from PhotoBox - but I also added that they should order from them well in advance of the date that they are needed, I ordered them 3 weeks before I needed them, given a standard delivery date of 5 working days, they hadn't arrived after 14 working days.. party was in a few days.. started to panic, had an explanation of 'probably lost In the post, we will send out another' to which the first set eventually arrived ON the day of the party and the second a week later, But as said, amazing quality!
