Purchased the fix me USB for up to 3 separate windows computers. My pic had been running very sluggish and all I had to do was insert the pen drive into USB port and let it do its work! Qvc had a deal u can't buy from fix me website... no subscription! Lifetime cover for 3 pcs! A bargain at £65 and over 3 payments too! Well done Qvc

First class company and these bottles would do well with them. They sell virtually everything one needs from home ware, food, clothing and first class jewellery. This is my favourite shopping channel ever for the past 20 years plus.

I have to agree about Ruth and the ‘jokes ‘ you do get bored with the nonsense . The clothes are dull and not very interesting .Reading a presenter’s blogs ; I wonder why this one person still wants to tell us about her life , surely we all crave privacy ,!Apart from all of this , I still rate QVC highly!

QVC is OK with everything except the presenters. Ruth and Jackie show I watch and buy but do NOT want to hear jokes or look at silly pictures of dogs or hear about their busts. I just want to look at the clothes. Most of the pesenters spend most of their time talking about their lives. The deliveries are very good indeed, always on time, sometimes before. Helene Berman's clothes ae overpriced. I only had to send one thing back an got an immediate refund. In general I give 4 stars.

I have always enjoyed QVC and bought really so many items . I find customer services pretty helpful and courteous .I do agree about some of the presenters and their private lives esp before working on QVC , being annoying . Personally I think they are there to flog the items so could the producers please advise them to stop prattling on and get on with the job in hand .The absolute worst is D F

Good/great products. Excellent customer service. Usually great despatch & speedy especially when using Hermes. However P&P charges are far too expensive. Would buy a lot more but this is a major concern.

I have shopped with qvc for many years and have always had good service . However , I was appalled at the cost of postage I was expected to pay after I put several items of clothing , all from the same fashion retailer , into my ‘ shopping basket ‘ . I was taking advantage of clearance prices and my bill totalled around £90 but qvc we’re going to add another £20+ to deliver me a few tops .. If I’d ordered from a number of different retailers , I could have better understood these charges but not all from the same fashion brand . Needless to say , I didn’t place the order as the range I chose is available via other outlets where one order requires one postage fee .. Also , the total disregard for unnecessary plastic packaging required to deliver each and every item separately is mind boggling... QVC ... do your bit for the environment and stop ripping people off with extortionate postal fees ..

Overall customer service is great and the product demonstrations are very informative but if they can just get their delivery costs down, have better delivery/dispatch notification and improve order tracking to the standards of most distance sellers then it would have been 5 stars.

I became a QVC customer back in 2004 and I have to write here that I really enjoyed shopping with them. Very few returns and I mostly bought skincare - Elemis, Gatineau, Liz Earle and L’Occitane. In the last year the quality has gone down. I bought a Wynne layers ‘topper’. It arrived and smelt strongly of stale perfume. To be fair QVC sorted it out and are arranging for it to be collected. This morning I had a phone call asking why I had been returning so much stuff? I had said that the scents of some of these things had changed, but the truth is I just don’t feel the quality is there anymore. It feels like a flipping hard sell on QVC now for substandard products. I have changed tack in the last three weeks and I am putting things to my Wish List account to try and mitigate some of the returns whilst I decide, but I am a tad annoyed that having to return things that have been worn is just frustrating. Emu boots I had to return four pairs because each and every one was worn! This used stock/items has been going on for the last four years now. Along with the fact that I have sent items back and they have not been received. Recently I have been sending it back Recorded Delivery to make totally sure because it makes me feel that I am fault. Now that the Royal Mail has increased its prices I am very wary. The customer service ladies are fabulous - never had a bad one and always unfailing polite and helpful, but I will be honest the quality from a lot of these brands is declining and I wonder if there is a two tier aspect that what they produce for QVC is different from their direct sales. I think the Christmas TSV’s still offer outstanding value and maybe that is where I shall stick to. Just to add that there is published reports online that QVC sales have declined in the last year and that there is a high volume of returns and it may well be that this is the main reason, for that phone call; but that is between the Buyers of QVC and their brands. They cannot expect the customers to pay for muted quality and specifically items that have clearly been worn!

Just been watching MelissaJ what a sight why put skinny tall models who look swamped in these clothes. They are oversized and one size only and some items quite pricy Being 14/16 myself I wouldn’t buy these clothes I think they would make me look bigger. Postage a sore point with me. Also stopping watching QVC now.

Great channel BUT please stop pushing sales for that denim flipn jacket .. we all know how many of them the presenters have now . Do we care ? Borin . Does not suit the dumpy figure oh no .

Why does qvc charge different delivery charges for same items example Kelly hoppin set of 2 orbs 495delivery set of 2 Kelly hoppin orbs on qvc outlet 595 delivery that must be against the law
