I am still waiting for delivery and have found it impossible to cancel my order and get a refund. I will never deal with Redbubble again and strongly advise that no one risks trading with this firm.”

When I checked my order, the shirt was not even made! How is this possible? They did not even contact me. I had to reach out and when I did, horrible customer service. When i try to contact them it took over 1 hour just submit a email reason of why u needed to return 1 shirt. It's been 4 day's since that email and have heard nothing from them. “I paid for expedited shipping. They emailed 16 July, saying it shipped, with a fake FEDEX number. Then said I would have it 5 Aug, then 17 Aug, then two weeks after 17 Aug, since America is in a "shelter in place" situation, I guess meaning no one can ship anything in the USA. Nothing but total lies from this company. HAve filed complaints with my card holder, and the State and Federal attorney generals for fraud during the Covid crisis.”
“Same problem. Says my order was delivered but I live at the address and nothing has been delivered. To further compound the problem, there is no customer service, no email, no phone number, and if try and submit a question like "Where is my order?" you get a notice that they use captcha device but it cannot find the server. A big pile of BS. Words mean nothing without action to back them.”
