“I ordered a mug for a colleague. He used it for a day before the handle came off as he rinsed it in the sink. Absolutely shocking quality I have used more robust paper cups. Don't bother wasting your money”
“Ordered stickers on 11/28/19 and RB notified shipped on 11/30/19. I contacted RB on 12/18 as did not receive (12/5 to 2/15/19 estimated delivery date given), and very nice e mail stating to resend stickers and est delivery 1/6-1/9/2020. Tracking shows delivered 1/19/20 (a Sunday?) but I never received them.
From other reviews sounds like RB’s non/ delivery is a frequent issue.

“Redbubble allows bootleg goods (unauthorized use of Registered Trademarks) to be sold unless the specific owner of the illegal product notifies redbubble. What's the chance of that happening. Some of the "artists" on redbubble are thieves.”

I have never been more infuriated by a company and all over 2 damn stickers!! 2+ months of waiting with no delivery, 2 “replacement“ orders (how can you replacement something that I never even received? The product's quality was extremly poor. It is absolutely sure that the manufacturer used an unfit low-res picture and the quality of the print was also inferior.
I asked for the return process, but RB offered a voucher. I had to execute the refud process via paypal. Then they had not a single argument, they returned the money very fairly.”

“I ordered four items from Red Bubble. This was the first time I had purchased from them. Unexpectedly, when the items were delivered today, my assistant was away from the office so the office was not open to accept the delivery. Nonetheless, the delivery was shown as "delivered". I immediately contacted the online chat function for Red Bubble and explained the problem and asked if they could contact their delivery agent and ask that a second attempt to deliver be made tomorrow. The online chat agent indicated that she was "unable" to do this, and asked that I wait 24 hours, because - she told me - that sometimes things show as delivered even though they haven't been. (Weird, right?) I confirmed that I was more than willing to wait 24 hours, but I nonetheless asked that she contact the delivery agent anyway, and explain the problem. This was a birthday gift and I didn't want it to go astray, and I didn't have enough time left to reorder things. She refused and then asked me if there was "anything else" she could do for me, and said it had been "great" speaking with me. I asked her if she was trained to simply respond as if the answers she had given were in some way satisfactory to the client. She indicated that she had told me to wait 24 hours and I had agreed to do so. I confirmed that was correct, but asked why she couldn't take a preventative step to AVOID a problem instead of waiting for a problem to develop. I indicated that if she was prepared to call the delivery agent TOMORROW if the items didn't appear, why not do so today and pre-empt the problem. She then said "I can't contact the delivery agent tomorrow either".
WTF????
So they just send stuff out, they don't ask for a signature on the package, and then they tell you it's been delivered and that's that????
I won't be using them again, that's for sure.”
“Ordered an item that was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. The order never arrived. Emailed customer service and they gave me a 25% off voucher and sent out a second order. That order has not arrived yet either and we are three days past the last day of 'expected delivery'. Asked for a refund and customer service told me to wait four more days from today - not from the last day of expected delivery but from the day I made a complaint. Will not be ordering from Redbubble again.”

“I ordered several things from Redbubble and was very disappointed. First, I ordered an acrylic paperweight. It came packaged in a cardboard wrapper, had several flaws (the image had a few raised areas from glue I believe) and included a black plastic backing that looked cheap. On Zazzle you can buy glass paperweights for less with a felt backing and a satin lined gift box included. The. I purchased an accessory pouch. The printing on the pouch was nice. But the zipper would not close properly. Lastly, I bought two sets of coasters. One set was never sent (I canceled the order and was refunded). The other set did finally arrive, but the print quality on the coasters was very poor. Extremely disappointed!”
“I got a less than horrible tshirt the last order. Be aware that one product you order may not be the same as the next. That was my experience. The first tshirt order was great. Good quality and brightly printed. The second order was a cheap, cheap shirt with weak screen printed ink. It sucks.”

“Greatly disappointed with RedBubble. I ordered my things on Black Friday and even paid for faster shipping that were supposed to arrive by December 10th because Emi was afraid of anything that may go south. However, my items did not get to me until December 24th. I emailed them on December 10th After because initially I thought that maybe the items will get here on that exact day. My status update on the items stayed exactly the same as “ Shipment information received by UPS Mail Innovations” and “ manufactured and shipped.” I will say that they responded back to me rather quick and efficiently helping me solve that problem. I received my second order of items free of charge as a “ replacement” , but I’m still extremely disappointed that they did not arrive faster due to me paying especially for faster shipping. I probably will never get a refund for their failure to hold up their end of the deal. Will not recommend to any of my friends or family. I only found out that my own sister-in-law also had a horrible experience with RedBubble as well. I totally should’ve asked around before I ordered anything. Greatly dissatisfied!”
