“No customer service and late. The website states someone will reply in 12 hours...still haven't heard from anyone. Bought Christmas present for office party 2 weeks ago and paid rush shipping. As of today 12/20 the status says "your order will be delivered by 12/19...on top of that it still shows "in production'. No one to call...no one to responds to emails. BUYER BEWARE!!!”
“I purchased a pink Anastasia XR phone cover for my grand-daughter. It arrived as faded white phone cover. It looks like it had been in the sun for several years. I sent them a letter with a picture of it, 3 TIMES. They answered back that they could not open the picture. I sent the picture 3 different ways. I am sure they received it! Contact your bank. Tell them you made a fraudulent purchase with redbubble&cancel your order. Tell them you have tried to contacted the company about your order, to no avail. Let the bank do the contacting&get your money back in a couple days.
After I checked my bank&got my money back, Redbubble emailed me the next day asking why I was unsatisfied with purchase. DUDE! you never replied to any of my messages about my order not arriving&I wanted my money back.”

When PayPal paid the order, the amount was over $36--the item itself had gone from $25 in the cart to $27 with PayPal and the shipping increased over $1. When asked, the explanation is taxes? Either Redbubble needs to program its user interface to show taxes or the company is engaging in less than scrupulous practices.”

I gave it one star because it will not allow me to give it a -5 starts. This week I received a canvas painting from this business and the hanging hook on the back was placed on the wrong end...so when I hang the picture it looks upside down (see attached picture). Redbubble is extremely expensive and shipping fees are completely outrageous. I run an e-commerce business as well and UPS charges me for a box size 17" x 17" x 45" with a weight of 75 lbs. $22 to ship across the country...it is much bigger and heavier than the box where the painting came in (their box size is 3.5" x 18.5" x 23"). And you know what is even worse?...the size on the frame is smaller than what they advertise. I received the unit with dimensions of 11.750" x 11.750" and they have it in their website as a 12.0" x 12.1 (Medium). In other words, I got ripped off.
After paying so much money for an item that is defective is a complete disgrace for Redbublle to charge the fees they do! I should get a partial refund for taking the time to fix your poor performance work in removing the hook and placing it in the right location. I decided not to return the item because I am supporting this artist, whom I love very much. Otherwise, I would return it for a full refund.
I will NOT recommend Redbubble service to anyone. It's extremely expensive and the product has a poor finish.
I believe Redbubble is a complete rip-off and is out just to make a quick buck. What a complete joke...they can't even figure out where to place the hanging hook on a picture.
