“They just steal the artworks that are made by the other artists and make cheap prints, without agreement (I saw on their website an artworks of one metal band and I'm sure using of their art by some "stores" is illegal). Just a thieves who tries to make a money by any means. Don't support them!”
“Bought 4 stickers, all looked like they came from low resolution JPEG’s with clearly visible jagged edges and pixels. The printing on the clear backs look and feel horrible. You can feel the edges of the print. Was curious and found out that one of the stickers I bought was a slightly modified version of a piece of art from an artist by a different name. Don’t know if it was stolen but i have a strong suspicion it is.”

“As an artist, I make sure to read the User Agreement. While I will give a 1 star nod for honesty, that is where it stops. ARTIST SHOULD NOT USE THIS SITE... unless you like being copycatted legally. The confession word is "derivative" you give them the right to create derivative work (A piece of work that is altered but based on your work, but not owned by you.) in the first paragraph of the User Agreement. (i.e. They are planning to copycat you, and you are giving the permission to do this.) Its your choice, but I walked away. And I hope all other artist who hate the plaque of copycatting in the graphic design industry will too!”
“Have used Redbubble two times and BOTH TIMES they managed to butcher each order. The first time I bought an expensive hoodie and the artwork on it was blurry and crooked. They sent a replacement which took forever to arrive and that too had blurry and crooked artwork.
The next time I used them (a year later) I simply ordered 4 stickers. The website (which has no phone number or human to contact) said my stickers would arrive in 3 days. THREE WEEKS LATER I was told to wait another 2 weeks before contacting them again! I waited and then when the day came to complain (nothing had arrived) I found that they send out form mail that simply responds that they will resend the shipment but to give it 3 weeks to arrive. I contacted the BBB immediately. Don't use this company. I have learned that they screw over their artists and send horrible quality work.”
“Horrible experience. I signed up with them and connected my PayPal account. It had a different email address and they flagged it as fraudulent. I explained to them that it was my account and heard NOTHING back from them. It's been months!! Awful customer service.”

I ordered 2 shirts, waited for them to print and ship as usual. No printing, no shipping after a week. Estimated arrival date has been and gone. Customer help is just "oh i'll check with the printer and get back to you!" for 3 days. Still nothing. Not what they used to be at all, they have dropped the ball and dropped it hard.”

Is there even a Customer Service department? I would love to find out how to upload my photos without having them flipped. “Wow wish I read reviews before making my purchase with redbubble. The prices seemed so great at the time and I was so excited about all the cute looking stickers I found on there. It’s been over a week after I was supposed to get my items. I contacted redbubble support only to not hear from them even though the email stated they’d get back to me within 4 hours! Not worth it at all. Also I’ve heard the quality sucks so even if I do get them one day they won’t be worth the price I paid 😭😭and apparently a refund isn’t happening”
“My friends have always told me how much they love Redbubble so I finally decided to order. I got a 30% off coupon but when I went to check out they took it away so I emailed them and customer service was great! Then on the same order I was getting stickers and after one day all of my stickers fell off my water bottle and non of my friends have had this problem. “Firstly, their website has never updated to reflect my items have been delivered. As a consequence, getting Redbubble to acknowledge i wish to return an item is near-on impossible. They may as well have allorders in a perpetual status as "in production" in order to avoid proccessing returns.
Secondly, they will only offer a Redbubble Voucher or a replacement for returns. This goes against the Distance Sellers Act whereby the buyer has a legal right to return an item for a full refund if it doesnt fit or is faulty. Im not sure how they are getting around this - maybe because theyre claiming items are "custom-made" or because theyre not based in the UK????”

“I have had a terrible experience with Redbubble so far. I placed 2 separate orders, each containing 3 items. I then received several emails stating that my items have arrived even though that was not the case. NONE of my items arrived. I had emailed customer support and was told that items are often marked as "delivered" 24 hours prior to arriving - which doesn't make sense whatsoever. Red flag #1. I waited several days and notified customer support that my items still haven't arrived. They then advised me that they have re-sent one of my orders and asked that I wait an additional 3 weeks for the second order (containing another 3 items) to arrive. Red flag #2. Upon asking them to confirm which items they re-sent exactly, I discovered that they only "re-sent" 2/3 items of my first order. Red flag #3. I had e-mailed them regarding the third item and haven't heard back yet. Absolute disaster. I would NEVER recommend anyone order from Redbubble. In fact, I would strongly urge everyone to STAY AWAY.”
“Ordered a variety of stickers for my kids Hydro's. I selected a variety of stickers. Although the buying process and shipping process went easy. When I received the stickers, I thought it was a joke. They looked as if someone printed them off of a printer from the 90's. The quality was poor. Reluctant I went ahead and put the stickers on their water bottles. Within a couple hours all of the stickers came off after getting a little wet when I rinsed the bottles out.
I am not even going to try to return as I am reading the process is a joke. I will not be ordering anymore stickers from Redbubble. I will stick with Etsy.”
