I ordered a wall hanging from Redbubble on 1/28/19. Two days later I received an email that it had shipped and the estimated delivery was Feb 4-6. However, as of 2/5 the UPS "tracking" number provided in the shipping email indicated that UPS did not receive my package to ship in the first place. I emailed customer service (what company does not have a phone number?!?!) on 2/4 asking when my package would be shipped and I received the following response from "Max" on 2/5: Hi Nicole, Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to hear that your order isn't with you at the moment. Not to worry, I'll be happy to assist. I've checked in on your order and can see that it was shipped out on 30 January 2019 to the address: We expect your order to arrive by 6 January 2019. Please get back to us if your order isn't with you by 13 February 2019 at the very latest. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us. Have a great day! Cheers, Max from Red-bubble Biggest error is the date when the order was expected to arrive (1/6/19) which is BEFORE I even ordered the product on 1/28/19. I wrote "Max" again on 2/5 and said how can this package arrive if UPS does not have it to ship? He replied minutes later using the same canned response: Hi there Nicole, Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to hear that your order still isn't with you at the moment. Not to worry, I'll be happy to assist. We expected your order to arrive by 6 January 2019, but some orders may take a little longer to arrive due to shipping or postal service issues. For this reason, we expect your order to arrive by 13 February 2019 at the very latest. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us. Have a great day! Cheers, Max from Redbubble Again, there is NO WAY my order could have been expected to arrive BEFORE I placed it and "Max" ignores my point that the UPS says my package is not at the facility to be shipped according to the "tracking" number when I enter it in the UPS website. And yes, my package is still not with me 5 minutes after I wrote my last email. At this point I do not hold out any hope that I will receive my package and the money I paid is gone forever. Customer "service" is an oxymoron with these robots! Will never purchase anything from this website again.

Never delivered my item although they claim they did. We're unwilling to check with post office, could not tell me where or who they delivered it to. Had to fight for my refund , never got item. They have no phone , you can only live chat or email. Crappy customer service.

I ordered a notebook, a sticker, and a phone case . All took nearly two weeks to arrive . The notebook is small and not great quality, though the image is printed clearly on it . The sticker is bad quality and very small. The only item that I am happy with is the phone case . Will not purchase from red bubble again .

Ordered 3 items for Christmas gifts to my son. Two arrived 10 days before Christmas. The other did not arrive until after New Year’s. Don’t bother trying to find a working phone number for Redbubble to inquire or complain. And don’t expect their website to help you search for your package unless you find pleasure being returned repeatedly to the previous screen — getting caught in “select” hell. I called FedEx for help in tracking my package. They discovered that the FedEx number assigned by Redbubble did no even exist in their system! A shoddy operation. The one star is due to the the 2 items that did arrive.

The sender of my order didn’t fill out the custom info, now my order is stuck somewhere, and I need to spend my time writing letters to the post. Not to mention that I’ll need to pay extra for the customs. I don’t understand why it was so difficult to properly fill out what’s inside and how much it costs when shipping.

Here's my experience, as a vendor, with canned ineffective and unhelpful customer service, zero communication with vendors, no accountability on their part and their seemingly normal business operation of ignoring issues and the people they affect. After sending an email to them through their site many hours ago, i get a canned response back a little while later: Answer: Hi there, We’re sorry to hear about your account troubles, though don’t worry because we’re on the case. Redbubble suspends accounts when we believe they’re made by robots, fraudsters, or users who violate the Redbubble User Agreement We usually get it right, but every once in a while a mistake is made. Please keep in mind that requesting a review does not guarantee that your account will be recovered, so hang tight and we’ll investigate as quickly as we can. Please note: due to the nature of the investigation for these inquiries, a response (if required) may take longer than the usual 4 hour window in which Redbubble aims to respond. Regards, Redbubble Marketplace Integrity Team after not hearing back for many hours I responded with a follow-up message: ME: So, when will my account be fixed? I have a pending sale that is in jeopardy because of this as well as everyone who is clicking on my store links from my website, linkedin, twitter, facebook, instagram and pinterest all getting a message my account is suspended which is having a very negative impact on my business profile and is horribly embarrassing. There was no reason for this suspension so when will it get fixed before any more damage is done to my reputation and i lose more sales? I have still gotten no response, at all. SO i went to their facebook page and sent a message there: ME: I sent a message several hours ago as i was editing my links and then was mysteriously locked out. I tried logging in again and got a message my account was suspended. With NO notice or reason or even an email. I sent a message through the site, said nothing but a canned copy of the same thing the website help page said. Also said it would be 4 hours or earlier to fix. It is now 6 hours and there has been no response from my second email, it still isn't fixed, i have pending orders in peril, my business name has been tarnished as everyone attempting to view my store only gets an account suspended message. Why is it suspended and fix the issue! To which I got a surprisingly quick response in about 20 minutes, asking for information: Hi Elizabeth! Thank you for reaching out to us. For questions about a Redbubble order, please provide us with your order number, email, and/or shipping address. Thank you for your patience. Store name ravencroft graphics 3d Hey there Elizabeth, thanks for getting in touch with Redbubble. Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear about this . Not to worry a bit, I'm here to help! Could you please provide me with the email associated with your account? Awaiting your valued response! - Ashley I gave them the information they requested, immediately. withn in a minute of them sending theirs. They never responded nor does it appear they even opened the messages. SO i sent them yet another message. ME: I'm a vendor, and after selling my first item, which is (hopefully still) in pending status, you suspended my account. For no reason, with no reason given. No email sent to me, and it has damaged my company. I sent you 2 emails today about it, the first giving me a canned response it would be less than 4 hours to fix the issue, yet i still have no idea what the issue was as you still have not communicated with me. I then sent a second follow up email 6 hours later, to which you have completely ignored, not even a curtesy canned response back. So, I message you here (facebook), which you surprisingly responded to in 20 minutes. I immediately responded back with the requested information and now you have not even picked up and read them, you seem intent on ignoring the issue. I want my account fixed, whatever you did to it, immediately. Suggestion, STOP APOLOGIZING AND FIX ISSUES INSTEAD OF AVOIDING THEM. And then when there was still no response, my account was still not fixed and there was still no resolution as to their screwing up my vendor account, I posted a comment on their page, along with a long list of others who have also recently done the same, mostly customers. but they all seem to be getting the same canned responses too so here i am leaving a review, maybe that will get a response and the issue fixed.

I ordered a shirt and it was really bad quality. The image printed on it wasn't great, but the main problem is that I washed it once and the sleeve came apart right at the sleeve. There was so much trouble returning it that I ended up just keeping it and considering it a loss. Only order from Redbubble if you like to throw your money out the window.

I am an artist who sell on POD sites. I have been designing almost for 3 years in RB. My account was suspended without any warning. I have sent many support requests and didn't receive a reply for weeks. After 3 weeks, Integrity team has send me an e-mail and they said: "We had to suspend your account, because we noticed suspicious activity" Suspicious activity!????? I have no idea what I did to get suspended. And I think, they have no idea too. I'm upset beacuse of lose my works. 3 years of hard work, and now what? I spent thousands of hours creating, uploading, tagging, promoting... They have a terrible, disturbing censorship system and an even worse client service. Their customer service is like a robot who repeats itself every time it is switched on. They act like they are trying to help you. but they never really help resolve the original problem.

Another banned original content creator. Couldn't even get back on to delete my art work, which has now been taken and sold by someone else on RB. Talked to my Uncle (lawyer) who said there wasnt much I can do since the acc was banned

Absolutely evil site. Banning system is obscene. Ive googled similar situations after getting the same email (MONTHS after they shut my account down immediately) with the “suspicious activity” yadda yadda after uploading a completely original design, the others have stated that they might actually block “non-Western” IP addresses. Check reddit and Youtube for more. The email they sent even said “any future accounts you make will be suspended”. They should at least explain what was violated and give artists the chance to recover their accounts. Evil. They’re evil.

I am an artist who attempted to sell on Redbubble, and this site has a serious problem with it's banning system. I recently made an account, uploaded a few pieces of original art that did not violate any of the rules, and was suddenly logged out of my account and told it was inactive. I sent many support requests and didn't receive a reply for weeks, and when I did it was a generic mass e-mail that stated I was banned for "suspicious activities". When asked what "suspicious activities" I was guilty of, I received no response. After searching "redbubble bans" I have discovered many others who had the exact same thing happen to them. It makes absolutely no sense. Furthermore, I was banned for uploading original art when they have hundreds of designs with actual copyrighted material (official Nintendo art, logos, etc) alive and well on their website violating their own rules. Their mission statement claims to bring "more creativity to the world" but they do anything but that. There is ZERO support for artists when they have issues with the website. You are completely ignored. Sell your art elsewhere and don't give this garbage site any more money.

I have not received my order. I ordered it well in advance of Christmas as this was to be a gift for my daughter. I paid for expedited shipping and processing and Redbubble did not ship my order until 12/21/18. I still have note received my order (01/02/19) and all their customer service keeps doing is adding days to the expected delivery date. No resolution whatsoever and I will NEVER order from them again... STAY AWAY people!!! Not worth the hassle. Lots of other places online to buy custom items...

worst customer service ever. Good luck trying to return your purchase. I purchased two pillow covers with pillow inserts. The inserts never arrived and the pillow covers were the wrong color. Trying to return the pillow covers and have the amount credited back on my credit card was a nightmare.

I ordered a shirt as a gift on Dec 7. It arrived in my city on Dec 14 but didn't arrive at my house until Dec 26. The shirt wasn't true to size so it fit way too small. Requested a full refund from Redbubble.

I ordered a opera Christmas card on dec 18 which was to arrive by dec 24.It never did.I contacted the number and email with zero response over and over again .It missed its Christmas delivery and I reordered another one today at additional postage cost .The ups claimed on your website it was out fir delivery dec 24.We waited all day as Thus was for someone very special .We received nothing .Biw I am out funds and shipping but no card and ups claims as does your company my email doesn't exist .

ordered a hoodie on 12/13/2018 and was it sent out on 12/17/2018 .Website said expected delivery was 12/24/2018 .Hoodie hasn't arrived yet nor is it out for delivery. What is worse is this website doesn't offer anyway of getting in contact directly with customer service through email or phone number and just offers tracking order information and questions before placing order or questions sellers have. I'm stuck in limbo here and have no way in having contact with this site . Scam site and won't use again.

Horrible company to deal with. Product was advertised to arrive before Christmas, and ordered in plenty of time for it to, but never arrived. Website will not accept my email address, so can't sign in to see what's up with my order to track it. They do not offer a online customer support phone #. They were paid on time. I expect my merchandise on time. I would never recommend anyone to shop here. Horrible customer service.
