When I tried to contact them, they could not figure out how to get it right. I still have not gotten what I needed but have given up due to frustration. Everytime I emailed them a different person emailed me back so I had to explain the story all over again. They wanted pictures of what I received. My experience with Redbubble was a NIGHTMARE”

“My daughter ordered a shirt for me size 2x. She had it expressed mail a 12.99 extra charge. She ordered on may 7th. I received today May 15th I am in Seattle Washington it was shipped from San Francisco CA. 10 hour Drive from me. Really. When I got it it said a size 2 x it is more like a xs. Now they are wanting pictures to see the problem. I'm a big woman I wear a 2 x and the damn shirt barely fit over my boobs. She has asked just to return. And for her express money back. “Terrible customer service. I went to Redbubble rather than the high street to get a special card for a 50th birthday. It's the first time I'd ordered a greetings card online. In fact I ordered 3. Ordering on the 29th March I was promised delivery by the 3rd-5th April and because I needed the 50th birthday one for the 6th that was fine. By the 5th when it hadn't arrived I got in touch to ask where it was and was told "it looks like it is taking a bit longer to reach you. We still expect it to arrive with you by 2019-04-12 at the very latest...Thank you for your patience..." which is no good to me at all as the birthday is missed by the 12th and that is nearly 2 weeks after I ordered. I explained my deadline and how I'd come to them specially. I've received no reply to my second email and my email address is now not recognised when I try to log-in. I've been offered no recompense, a good company would have re-sent the order with guarenteed next day delivery or at worst have offered a refund.”
“Below is a redacted copy of an email to redbubble (TL;DR - RedBubble apparently uses slave labour tshirts and advertises them as "ethically-sourced"):
...I am a consumer that in good faith purchased a product that was not as advertised, either relating to quality (confirmed by your staff...) or according to claims regarding slave labour.
Your staff acknowledged an understanding of certification standards that are globally recognized as inadequate by the nature of it being an initiative both funded and supported by infringing suppliers. Your supplier is at the same time globally recognized as the industries leading supplier of garments from zones and factories identifed as direct sources of "slave labour" goods. Regardless of this being "industry standard" you company expressed knowledge of the garment producer and its certification process. If you are able to certify these goods as ethical, when any individual with a browser can within minutes determine the conflict, recorded complicity of the standards agencies and failure of your manufacturer, it identifies negligence, not error.

“Appalling customer service. If everything goes to plan, the end product is satisfactory. But, if a shipment is lost don't expect special treatment. Instead expect to wait another 2 weeks even if you paid for premium shipping. Premium shipping seems to be "FedEx" ground from what I can tell.”

“I wish I could give 0 starts for the service that I received. However there was no option of selecting 0. I paid extra money for express shipping hoping to receive the order by March 1st. After several follow ups, they told me that I will be receiving it by March 8. I had a trip planned and needed the things for that. They charged me for express shipping however mailed it via regular.

“I put in my credit card information, it is linked with my bank, and the website said the zip code for my billing information was wrong yet they already put a pending charge for the amount out of my account. How can the zip code be wrong (it wasn't) so they couldn't place the order but they were able to make a charge pending and that is money I can't use until my bank helps me or it falls off on its own.
Chat person was friendly enough but it just feels off to have them be able to charge my card yet say my zip was wrong. I will not be trying again.”
“Redbubble is dead to me. Their neanderthal-coded website suddenly stopped recognizing the ONLY EMAIL ADDRESS I EVER USE FOR SHOPPING, the same one ALL OF THEIR EMAILS WERE SENT TO. I tried their “Help” chat, and even though I sent screenshots of my orders, SHOWING THAT EMAIL ADDRESS, they were incapable of helping me log in to my EXISTING ACCOUNT.
Worthless waste of time. They lost themselves thousands of $ in future sales. I wiped them off my devices, deleted all bookmarks.
Good riddance. There are other places to shop.”
