“Ordered a Tama Drum Tapestry from Redbubble and due to their ridiculous shipping method, UPS Mail Innovations. which is essentially UPS dropping your package at the post office for them to deliver, my order was lost and never delivered due to Redbubble failure to inform UPS to properly scan and update package tracking in a timely manner. Redbubble rips off their customers and artists sellers. Avoid buying or selling there.”
“They talk about returns all over the site but what they don’t say is they don’t refund your money, they just offer you a voucher. I ordered a hoodie and it is too small and has damage to the print. They only offered store credit. Awful.”
“My most popular design was arbitrarily removed, with no warning, no negotiation. I was told itvwas misleading.
Well I would like to know what it was that was said to confuse people! I didn't say it was made of glitter, leather, or glowed in the dark. I titled it 'Copper and Silver' because the colours are, well, copper and silver. What else was I supposed to call it. Copper and silver like? Sorry it didn't contain real copper or silver threads.
Out of all those who were pleased with my product it seems someone must have had expectations that ere less than realistic.
Something tells me they are not dealing with either customers or artists particularly well. I've seen other complaints now that they don't communicate properly either with artists or with customers and it's not good enough! Some of us like to be treated like hunan beings.”
“What a truly unprofessional outfit. I ordered a gift Tshirt for a friend who is a big Lost Kingdom fan. The headline of PILLAGE A VILLAGE read ILL AGE A VILLAG. The date of 765 was laughable since Alfred the Great wasn't born until 848 Jorvic (misspelt anyway) should have read Eoferwic. Wish I'd read reviews first...I would never have ordered. Redbubble offer a voucher by way of compensation but if I don't get a full refund I'll go legal since what I got wasn't what I ordered.”
“Immediately suspended my account with no reasoning (the single image I had uploaded was of myself and I had full rights) - don't waste your time here when there's so many better sites for sellers.”
“I signed up as an artist to sell my work on Red Bubble. I wondered why I received no money form the sale of my work so I logged into my account the other day and to my horror discovered that the bank account info in my account was not mine, I tried to change this and it wouldn't allow me to do so, so I emailed support at Red Bubble and waited ages for a reply. Juan replied telling me to log in from a new browser and try again. I did this and then my account was suspended so I emailed Juan back and a bot sent a reply, I then went back to the site and tried to log in again but was told to appeal against my account being suspended by taking a photo of myself holding up a piece of paper with today's date on it, my user name and real name and send it in with my appeal. I did all of that and the message was that they cannot guarantee a successful appeal which will take weeks. Now my account is off line as is my work - well to me anyway - I now feel that they have been paying the commission monies into their own account and don't want me to find out so they have stopped me logging in. I was getting messages to say I had made sales and the pittance due to me would be paid to me and it was a pittance, I have tried several times to email them and my email tracker shows they are not even reading my emails. They have made a lot of money and are on the stock market, I suspect they are selling people's work in Australia where they are based and not telling artists overseas, they are a bad company and they abuse and ill treat artists, I would s trongly recommend that people steer well clear of this company and its website as that will put them at risk of the same abuse as I have endured. They have bots sending you infuristing emails and they don't help when there is a problem. I am not considering legal action I feel they have stolen my work. They are crooks. (attached is a photo of what I now see when I try to access my profile on Red Bubble they have stolen my massive collection of artwork)”
“Print quality of the stickers is atrocious - lots of color bleeding and blurry artifacts. The matte laminated finish does not inspire confidence either, remains to be seen how they hold up.”
“The recent order my husband placed with Redbubble was a total disappointment. This isn't our first bad experience. The last order we placed, they sent the wrong bathmat; they said not to worry about returning it and they would send the correct one. They never did and eventually we were able to get our money back although it was a feat in itself trying to find a way to contact them. The latest order was for some t-shirts. It was a re-order of a t-shirt design I liked but, upon receipt today, the print job was noticeably poor compared to the first shirt I received from them a couple of years ago. The first shirt has been through the wash numerous times but the print job still looks better than the brand new one I just received. The colors are totally flat and wrong compared to what it should be. We will never order anything from Redbubble again. They obviously don't care about print quality or customer retention.”
“I bought a sweatshirt from Redbubble. First, it took over one month for my order to arrive. Then the design on my sweatshirt disappeared after ONE wash. I washed it inside out in cold water on a normal cycle in my washing machine. I could have spent a lot less on a plain black sweatshirt at Walmart and it would look better.”
“As an artist I opened an account yesterday and was suspended within 24 hours, without any definitive reason. I had to send a mugshot, like a common criminal, in order to try and get my account reinstated. After reading other artist's stories on here, as well as customers, I'm glad this happened and I'd only uploaded a handful of images. I won't be dealing with them in future as an artist, nor a customer.”
“I have spent $$$ at Redbubble, and worked on two stores, and interviewed for a job with them, but I would never shop at Redbubble again after they closed one of my stores without notice or giving any reason, even after I made contact and asked about it. It's absolutely unacceptable. This is the worst customer experience possible, they just destroy your hard work without explanation or notice.”
“Redbubble support is a joke. I filled a complaint because my work was coppied by other artists. And following my own complaint Redbubble deleted my own design! I filled the counter notice, described the situation and provided my document for verification, but there is no reply at all after 2 weeks! And my stolen design is again coppied by others!”
“Ordered things 5+ times and have never once received it on time. It always “gets lost” and the re-shipped
Customer service offers nothing but excuses and little to no assistance to make a situation right. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.”
“Theifs theifs theifs I bought a T.shirt from them 1 month ago I've ask for a refund never got it back sent back the T.shirts so they have my money and T.shirt never again.”
“Bought a tank that I received feb 2021 and the print on it is rubbed off and left with a basic black tank for 20 something bucks...there are no words to express my disappointment”
“Absolute trash company. ZERO customer service. They have made it impossible for people to contact actual employees. If your order is screwed up...... guess what.... you just gave them money that you will never get back. Congrats.”
“Purchased a Barney sweat shirt for a Christmas gift. The last time it was washed, the shirt came out with the logo gone. Sent info to company but stated it was out of return period. I have never had a transfer just disappear. As a company you would think they would want to please the customer, its not this company. I would stay away if you want a transfer to last more than a couple months. I wish I could put up picture of shirt. There is only a few white spots on a black sweat shirt. This item was not even worn much.”
“Red Bubble is a trash website that censors anything that they don't politically align with. People working here are pathetic losers... How do you say you're for artists when you censor everything?”
