“If I could give zero stars I would. This company lacks customer service and that’s putting it nicely. Order did not come on time. They created a label but never had the package picked up by UPS. Then 10 days after the said delivery date I only got half the order. I emailed and their response was maybe it was dropped at a neighbor’s house. They didn’t even read my email saying I got half the order and postal worker personally handed me the package. If you are smart stay away from this company. You would be better going to the mall and getting something made there!”
“On December 14th I ordered 2 t-shirts, guaranteed delivery by December 24th. They were funny t-shirts, with the idea being that all of us, including the recipients, would have a good laugh when they opened them, with all of us together, at Christmas. The shirts finally arrived on the 28th, so no family laughs for us, and this is the last time I'll be ordering from Redbubble.”
“I ordered clothing from Redbubble for Christmas. I paid a fortune for shipping and the order still has not been delivered. Their customer service responds to emails but does not address the issue at hand. My order was not delivered. They are a nightmare. Will never order from them again.”
“I ordered in time for Christmas, estimated shipping date was December 17 - 20th. One part of my order arrived 4 days late by December 24th, the other part still hasn't arrived. It's December 28th. I got an email today saying the item has arrived. It is not at my door. Who knows if I'll ever get it. I would like a refund, but I haven't found a way to get one on Redbubble's website.”

“Will stock to Cafe Press in future. Ordered on 12/16. Arrival date was supposed to be 12/20 to 12/24. Label created 12/20. Shipping didn't actually receive it until 12/23. Package delivery changed to today, 12/27. Still isn't here. Tracking shows it is in IL in limbo. It shipped from OH to IL to get to MI.
Ordered other shirts from Cafe Press on 12/19. Order was here 12/23.”

“I can't get help in exchanging the sweater I purchased. Spent hours emailing them also IG direct mailed them. Boy what the world is coming too! Can't even exchange a size with out a drama. They actually asked me to measure the sweater, seriously..
Then the company has nerve to ask for a review.

“Purchased a sweatshirt from them because the website and stated "Order by Midnight, Guaranteed Delivery by Christmas". Obviously I had to choose Expedited Overnight Shipping which cost more than half the item price! All of that to get a shipping notification that my order would arrive on December 26th.
I emailed them twice during the wait to let them know only to be told that on their end it said arriving by Christmas.
The item arrived today and it smells disgusting! Would NEVER order from them again! Don't waste your time and money! Shop somewhere, anywhere else!”
“They have some unique items, and the prices aren't bad. However, you get killed in shipping charges which jacks the price of the items up. I ordered 5 items from them with a delivery date by December 24th. All but one came in.”

“I paid a disgusting amount in shipping fees to ensure the four pieces I ordered (3 t-shirts and 1 sweatshirt) would arrive by Chistmas Eve...in fact, that was what the advertisement said, "order by midnight tonight and receive by December 24th." I really wish I had read the reviews first. After sweating it out for days, I had finally gotten a notice saying my stuff had shipped with an "estimated" delivery for the 24th. Well, I just woke up this morning to an email stating "unfortunately" my stuff won't be delivered till December 26th! This is BS and false advertising. And they actually think the voucher they sent me because of this delay, which doesn't even cover a third of what I paid in shipping charges and requires another purchase, makes up for it? I will not be ordering from them again. Lesson learned.”
“I ordered 5 items on the 2nd of december, with delivery expected on the 12th at latest. On the 19th, 1 item had arrived and the rest was 'lost'.
The resending had an estimated arrival time of 6-9 jan, so I was lacking some of my christmas gifts. Please note that I spend around 25 euros on shipping, and their 'compensation' was a 25% discount on the next order.
Now, I got the new order send, but apparently they send the wrong item.
Long story short. Dont order here if you need any items as gifts.”
“So I need to give some of you a little hope. I placed an order on December 8th it said I would have it by the 18th which never happened I panicked as I needed it for a Christmas gift. I kept tracking and it said it was at a post office some what near me. But for days the status never updated. Low and behold I got home from work today with it on my door step.”
“I ordered about 15 stickers from Redbubble. When they arrived, they were not cut deep enough to peel from the sticker backing. I had to cut each sticker out by hand using scissors in order to be able to detach the stickers from the paper. I am very disappointed in the lack of quality I saw in my Redbubble order. Won't be purchasing from Redbubble again.”

“I wish I read these reviews and some of the BBB complaints before buying! I ordered something early December, and their site said delivery between Dec 11-13. This was for a Christmas party on Dec. 15. It is now Dec 21. . and nothing. PLUS, while they send a message saying the product had shipped (on 12/11) , when I check on UPS with the tracking number. . . it shows "Order Processed" then: " When the shipment arrives at our facility the delivery date will be updated."
