“I have a pair of skechers go walk and the material in the back of the shoe has broken down and exposed very sharp plastic material and cut my heel. Skechers refuses point blank to investigate even though I have offered to send the shoes back to them.”
“20 days of wearing my 'go walk' shoes, and they have worn through on one side! Skechers refusing anything but a 20% discount on a new pair. Why would I pay 80% for a pair of shoes that last 20 days.

“That rating for this style of their brand alone. I have never had the disappointment I got from Sketchers- work-max-cushioning shoes just short of $100.00. I have been a loyal customer since before the internet existed. There is a design flaw somewhere or? I have never had a pair of shoes support in such an awkward way. After wearing it in the house for bout an hour, it felt similar to shin splints. Very painful to keep walking forward. This is not the quality Sketchers spoiled us with. I was so happy to finally receive them, having them turn out to worst pair ever bought.”
“Bad quality and service. I bought mine a couple of months ago. Paid 65 pounds to wear them 2 or 3 months.. Went back to question the quality, the manager told me is because of me and how I put my foot in. Is just riduicullos, clearly the quality is really bad, as you can see the glue and all but I though there is a chance... I asked the manger 65 pounds for 3 months of wearing?! And she said YES. I just left, bad customer service, they don't listen just trying to get your money. Any other brand is better then this one.”
“I bought a shoe from Skechers shop in Glasgow two weeks back and after wearing it very first time I developed pain in lower band of my foot. I took the shoe back to the Skechers shop from where I bought it (Glasgow Buchanan) the lady at the counter not only refused to take the shoe but not even ready to replace it or give me an alternative. I told her that this shoe has a design fault but she refused to listen and start ignoring me. I was very disappointed because the shoe is not only uncomfortable but the staff member who dealt with me was so rude and ignorant. Very disappointed..”
