“I purchase 3 pairs of shoe from Sketchers online store. One of the shoe arrived with it obviously worn (The photo speaks for itself). The sole of the shoe is completely black, the surface of the shoe have yellow/brown spots, all signs of a pair of heavily worn shoe. I have requested a refund, and awaiting process. It's my first time ordering Sketchers online, and if this is the disgusting, unhygienic and poor quality services that is representing the Sketcher brand, good luck.”

“The shoes hurt my right foot. A large knot came up on the top of my foot after 3 times walking my dog. I started a return and was forced to wait 12 days after they received the return to find out they would only give ne an e-commerce gift card. I called and customer service was clueless. I asked to speak to her boss and after another lengthy discussion I
was assured they would issue a refund. That have been 4 days. And still nothing. Don't trust these people and their crummy shoes. Who wants another pair? NOT ME!!!! This product shipped from China!!!”
“Have a lot of Sketchers shoes. Last week picked one for a walk and after 1.5 miles the whole bottom fell out on the left shoe. Trying to walk back to the car embarrassing and go home found the right shoe start felling off too.
Chat with Sketchers support and they told is Sketchers shoes only last for 2-5 years the most since their material was different than other brands. Have to think twice when looking for another shoes…”
“I have purchased 2 of the same pair from sketchers website. They feel great, the problem is within a couple of months they are all falling apart at the seams. Standing and walking on concrete floor 8hrs a day, 6 days a week I need good foot support, which these seem to be, I just wish they would hold up longer than just a month or so. Tried downloading pictures. Would not work”
“I have purchased many pairs of Skechers in the past and have never had an issue. I bought a pair of Go Run Consistent sneakers from Macy's/FinishLine and they seemed to be fine. After a couple of days, my right foot started to bother me. I didn't walk/run for a while, and it passed. The pain recurred and my doctor said it was tendonitis. He said most likely from ill-fitting shoes. My husband also noticed when I wore the shoes it seemed my right heel was turned in at an angle. I stopped wearing them and no more tendonitis. Very disappointed since I do love Skechers. It has given me pause on future Skecher purchases.”
“I bought those Garza-Gervin Slip-ins (£95) in a Skechers shop in March. At first they were very comfortable but after 2 and half months the heel panel of both shoes are already damaged/worn out resulting of getting painful blisters! I waited until my heels were no longer blistered and tried them on again yesterday resulting again of 2 nasty blisters!
I can’t use those shoes anymore.

“****Many years ago Skechers made a slip on with a stretchy insert around the faux laces and the entire ankle area. The ones they make today do not work for people with a high instep. There is no stretch in the lace area to insert a high instep. I know of many people who cannot wear the slip ons because of this flaw. Sketchers, please fix. My old ones are falling apart after years of use and I would like some new ones. (the ones I have are sn22722 168-1 frrom 12, 2016 ) Thank you”
“Skechers of Morris Plains, NJ;Store No. 0923: A store employee named Carlos (employee no. 128938) helped me with my purchases. Carlos was very friendly and polite. He patiently listened to my detailed description of the shoe I was looking for. He walked me to the store area with shoes such as I described and brought me two slightly different pairs of shoes for me to try on. Both pairs fit well and were exactly what I described to Carlos. After trying on both pairs of shoes, I asked Carlos to please sell both pairs to me. I thanked Carlos for his excellent, friendly, and informative service.
I believe that Carlos is the kind of employee that any Skechers store would be very happy to have in their employ.”
“I purchased pair sandals . Was not happy when I got home . When I returned to shop assistant actually wanted my card to feel like at then full name PC house number village all in front of just anyone where us my protection privacy and their was me thinking I had to keep things private . Never again skechers terrible sevice . When you go m&s next sainsbury anyone just put Yr card in . I'm pretty sure I look presentable. Why invade my privacy like that .”

“Unfortunately the Sketcher’s in Throggs Neck doesn’t fulfill the sale prices when there’s a return. The manager doesn’t inform the customer that if there isn’t a size and an online order is requested, the customer is stuck with the original price for the second pair, even though it’s a second pair. The manager just argues with the customer. The manager was also the only person working, managing the register and looking up sizes. The attention at best was poor since she was talking to a friend and kept minimal communication with customers.”
“I love sketchers and 90% that I wear are sketchers. BUT had the worst experience with the sketchers massage sandals. They really ruined my 3 day cruise to Bahamas. I wore them and at the end of the day felt terrible back and neck pain. It was like wearing 2 pieces of hard unbearable plastic on my feet. TERRIBLE!!”
