“I purchased a go pro 7 camera bundle. I was phoned from new york asking if i wanted to purchase a 4 hour battery as the original is only an hour, i asked SLR if it was a genuine go pro batery and they said " absolutely" when i recieved the battery it was a cheap generic go pro 5 batery that only give me 45 minutes and as of yet they are fobbing me off ,so i plan to keep these review sites fully updated on the progress of trading standards. Its ashame really as i own my own business and wouldnt treat any one of my customers like this . They are refusing to ring me and keep telling me to ring there premium number”

“This Canon 100-400 zoom lens arrived in double quick time. It was supplied in it's retail box which included all the advertised extras, unlike my previous lens purchase six weeks ago which came in an anonymous box with most accessories missing and gave me pause for thought before placing the new order.
The lens works perfectly, as expected, and I am delighted with it. The 9 extra accessories, although costing 5GBP extra, are worth having just for the filter set.
Only one niggle in that the sales inducements do need chasing up. The Spring Discount did not work and it has taken almost 3 months for the "free" 32GB memory card to arrive after much chasing.”

Only a concern if any returns are required in the future.
