“Company sucks when ot co.es to returns. I placed an order back in March of 21, received it and the printer tape was the wrong size. Sent the package back which cost me more than the product it self and I never received a refund. I called several times and spoke with different people but no one could help. I was told by one person, that the returns come in and go into the back area and no one checks to see what's want. So that was no help, then someone had the nerve to call me about leaving a review. I told her my issue and never heard from them again.”
